Ordered a blimey limey online with a flatbread wrap which is my usual order. The smoothie looked, smelled, and tasted like someone genuinely threw up in it.. 🙁 I’ve never gotten a blimey limey that looks like this.

I’ve literally been sitting in the line for 20 minutes. There’s no one here and it’s like they’re dancing around goofing off in the store doing nothing. The drinks could’ve been made while I’ve been waiting in line the entire time and paying $20 for two drinks is ridiculous because you ain’t got a penny to count take the cent off instead of charging people more. If I could put less of a star on here I would it would be a half a star probably not even a star at that every time I’ve ever come to the store has been a joke.

Have received 3 terrible Smoothies in the last 2 weeks. I emailed and heard nothing back. I feel the problem is the young kids working and that no one cares about the product being let out the door. The drive thru takes forever and then you sip the smoothie you waited 20 minutes for and it’s all ice and gross tasting. So disappointing!

Service at this location is almost always terrible and they seem to run out of ingredients fairly often. Today I went to try and order the seasonal apple smoothie bit they were out of the apple for them to make it; on top of that once you’re in the drive thru you’re trapped. Their drive thru has sharp 90 degree corners and would have been extremely difficult to back out of so instead I had to wait 10 minutes while the 1 car ahead of me got its 2 smoothies so I could leave…

I love tropical smoothie but the service at this location is absolutely ridiculous. There were well enough people working, no cars in the drive through, and my order took 15 plus minutes to get a cheese quesadilla. I can hear the employees screwing off while Ive been waiting and can hear them after 10 minutes talk to each other about making my food. “I’m sorry for the wait” negates nothing and this location has been a reoccurring issue with staff.

The rochester location is awful unless your just getting smoothies and even then they are ALWAYS out of something lately. I ask for Chipotle sauce on my turkey and cheddar, they first are out of cheddar cheese and they dont listen when I ask for Chipotle sauce on it. It’s not that difficult of an order. I go there every week and for the past month they have been out of something, bananas, turkey,cheese, every chip. It’s rediculous. And if you order online they wont tell you until after you have paid and when you go to pick it up. Idk what happened to this location but has gone way downhill.

Sat in line at the drive-thru for 18 minutes for a smoothie…was late for work thank you very much. Didn’t even get a discount …very sour feeling about this place now. Smoothie was great though. I recommend this establishment for someone who isn’t in a rush. Maybe a retiree or someone who doesn’t work. But then again $10 for a smoothie is a lil pricey for a retiree or someone unemployed

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stopped by during my camping trip today with a friend. Not from around here and have only ever been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe a handful of times. We decided to hit the drive thru because we were still in our swimsuits. When we arrived to the drive thru both my friend and I couldn’t locate a speaker and sat at the menu board for a minute or two with no response from an employee. We decided to pull up to the window and were greeted with the nastiest worker. Chloe H proceeded to ask us in a very rude and unkind tone “I’m just curious as to why you blew past the speaker.” She caught both my friend and I off guard and created a very awkward and uncomfortable ordering atmosphere. We received our Nutella Açaí Bowls without any Nutella on them as well as extremely low quality and watered down smoothies. Very disappointed and dissatisfied, she is so rude and should be fired.

Love this place! Smoothies are great, and adding the energizer definitely helps me get through a day. But more surprisingly, their food is awesome. I haven’t ever had anything I didn’t like. The salads are amazing. The staff is always friendly and fast and it’s one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch
