Would give 0 stars for the food if possible, unfortunately I had one of the WORST food experiences ever. I came over here after watching a TikTok, apparently they have the best asada burritos and a quesabirrias. Not sure how true that is since I didn’t try it but I got loaded fries and the fries were incredibly over seasoned, the meat was super salty and there was a piece of blue plastic in my partner’s food, and I had a piece of hair in my food. My partner said she felt like throwing up and my stomach was hurting really bad after eating, we didn’t even finish half the plate before leaving. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Guy was friendly, but the the food was horrible worst two birria tacos ever had and the Stew had no taste more like grease with water, asada fries very greasy and the carne as well… I’m not saying for people not to go, but always check your food when you do a take out that way you can ask for your money back. Been waiting to try this place out for a bit. Well worth it. Me and co workers went for lunch, some brought our own bag of chips for walking tacos. I got half asada half chicken on the salsa verde chips, with all the other toppings.. it was amazing. Other guys tried the pastor and said same thing. Also tried out the birra tacos, birra ramen and Tijuana hot dog.. all 10/10. Super nice guys. Highly recommend, and definitely coming back.

If I can give this a zero I definitely would. The owner made a post on tiktok and I made a comment literally like everybody else has done and preferred a different place but that their food was good as well. He claimed to be the best burritos in the 559 which is very debatable. He said they’re arguing with me telling me that he apparently knows every single person that comes and orders food from him and that he knows for a fact that me and my family have never been there which we have. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if he has the nerve to be arguing with people that were customers and potential customers on social media instead of just accepting what people are commenting on a social post. Definitely won’t be coming back and definitely will be telling my people not to be eating here as well. Very childish on the owner’s part to be arguing with people. Also very immature and very unprofessional.

Finally I arrange time with my kids to eat there for lunch and was a bad day i guesss. Tacos no meat options but just Asada. Than I wanted to try the famous birria balls that my daughter was bagging for days and they didn’t have it either available they daid to wait 1 hour. So at the end I left.

My partner and I are from out of town,working in Tulare. Los Jefes has great hospitality, great authentic food, very welcoming. Food was definitely recommend this place !!

Small taco shop, when I arrived I almost didn’t stop. But I decided to give it a shot. I’m glad we did the food was far better than I expected. Tacos were loaded with meat and they had friendly staff. Recommend!
