Place is nice, clean and some employees are friendly and welcoming!
Unfortunately I was denied a side of lemons or lemon juice something that no other chipotle I have been to has ever denied!!! And not only did tbe red hair chick say no to my son but she was so rude and flat out said NO we cant give you any!!!! I ASKED a different girl and she was nicer about it but still said no

Better than before, but the menu display is not only practically blank, it has no pictures of the each offering, and it is basically a white board with black writings, and not much else. Just poor marketing! The TV commercial showing warm food, bright colors, and warmth, is not something you will see or experience in person. The food didn’t look fresh, and felt like it was sitting there from the day before. Mind you, this was Friday afternoon lunch. To me, the setup is slightly above a high school meal cafeteria-uninviting cold food served by kids that hate food.

where do I even start, i payed about 20+ dollars to have chipotle delivered to my house and as a person who is dieting and busy I need quick and healthy food so imagine to my surprise when I order a burrito bowl with double steak and beans to only see the bowl half way full, you would think that for the price of a bowl it would be atleast decent portion NOPE, I payed more than 20 dollars for only HALF A BOWL! I now know that I will go in person from now on, I also want to mention that I did move the food to one side and push that way to make it more obvious of how little food I received

I ordered on app. When it was ready to pickup, I asked for my order but they didn’t have. Rather working on my order, they helped others that came after me almost 10 minutes. Staff was also rude. I was the only one left in store. After she fulfilled the order, she simply placed the order on the shelf without saying a word until I asked. She asked me what my order was 2 times before. No apologies. This kind of attitude can easily ruin the day for your customers Chipotle; especially your long time ones. Staffs need to be trained properly. Poor management!

“I just work here” said the girl named Yesenia when I asked her if they will have cheese tomorrow since it seems like they are always “out of cheese” when it’s almost closing time. I said will you have cheese tomorrow? It seems like you are always out for the past two days and it’s been the same girl. She literally walked away and shrugged and said I just work here. And I said yeah that’s why I asked you why would I ask a customer that question or anyone else?
This girl is new and never has the service experience here been so bad. She always has some type of attitude. All other employees there are nice even if it’s busy they still respond nicely and don’t just say “I just work here” and act indifferent.

I am done with this location. Severe protein portion control issues, over and over and over. This kid with “somebody is forcing me to be here face” just cheated me for the last time. I could tell right away how empty these tacos were, and I asked if the tortillas were bigger than normal just to make sure. I spent $11 anyways for the three tacos, and they took me 10 bites to finish, which comes out to over a $1.10 per bite. Unreal inconsistency, if I wanted three bite temu taco Tuesday, I would go to Del Taco in the first place. The conduct of your taco artist tonight has lost your business $100 per month.

girl at the front counter, is rude for no reason. i came to pick up my online order, today around 2:20pm. i kindly asked for a side of vinaigrette. instead of handing it to me, she literally threw it across the counter… she didn’t have a name tag so i dont know her name. she had brown hair and looked arab? chipotle please teach your workers to be friendly to customers, being kind costs nothing 🙂

The food is usually fine enough, not great ever. Always have to clean a table myself while the employees are chatting loudly on a weekly basis. Ever location I’ve been to in Orange always looks the same. It’s a shame.
