I went here last week I ordered 2 chicken quesaddilas, five layer burrito and a grilled chicken and cheese buritto. I received the burittos but only 1 quessadiila, i drove back to the store and when i entered the drive thru lady asked me did i received the wrong order and i responded no my order was right except I didnt receive 2 quessadillas like i paid for. After I waited another 5 minutes the female food preparer gave me my original bag back but didnt give me anither quessadilla. I said I paid for 2 quessadilla they then gave me a quessadilla that you could smell was left under their warmer too long. When i opened the quessadilla I was digusted at how bad the tortilla was burned. I will never patronize this taco bell again.

Last night.. 12/7/25.. I went to pick up my mobile order $31 worth. First the lady at the window was nice but that was the only good thing that happened. They didn’t have cinnamon buns she asked can she replace it said sure no problem. DIDN’T RECEIVE IT!! They didn’t have fries. ALL the food was BURNT!! It was a total waste of $30. Me and the kids was disappointed.

This Taco Bell is just your typical Taco Bell really the only issue is you have to be a paying customer if you need to use the restroom and wash your hands before eating. They must have an issue with the homeless coming in using the restroom all the time.

This may just be the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. The wait was over 10 mins (only 2 cars in line) the cashier open the window screaming Hey Boo! I don’t know this man! He was laughing and cackling with the lady in front of me which is probably why I sat at the window so long! Just ridiculous. Then all that and my order is wrong I asked for chicken because I do not eat beef. I bit into the taco and it’s beef. I would complain on the website but one they didn’t provide a receipt and two it appear they care looking at their online reviews.

Always an issue with this location. Missing items, etc etc. Today I ordered two of the Cantina burritos via Uber Eats. They both arrived burnt. I’ll never order here again. Over the incompetence.
