All I’ll say is this: the setup is practically designed to frustrate customers. While I was there, I didn’t see a single guest who wasn’t upset. We were each given specific arrival times, but when I showed up at mine, they were just starting to put the food in the oven. They told me to be there is 30 minutes when I showed up they said I had to wait another 25 minutes. Which was a lie. I waited another 60 minutes . It was disorganized and disappointing. We waited over 90 minutes to just get pizza.90 minuteds!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I truly feel for the staff—they were doing their best under tough circumstances. I hope the owners take this as a wake-up call and rethink the system.
Change your answer machine telling people to order online if your can’t accommodate all the orders that are coming in . .
I’ll give it another year and hope that by then, they’ve figured out a smoother, more respectful experience for everyone.. good luck

The food is amazing. I have been going here since before the new owners, but after tonight I do not think I will be ordering again. We have big family functions as we come from a family of 6 siblings with a total of 23 nieces and nephews so every family orders pizza. Ki made a coupon a hostile situation which then made her treat us very unprofessional and the lady that went to smoke the vape decided to be rude as well in the end. The man who was cooking was very professional and nice. We were trying to give our kids a break from life as we had just buried their grandfather the day before . Tonight’s experience just did not sit well with me as we are regular customers.

I always have great service and food when I order from here . I know they have had new ownership in the last year and this place is still my favorite for Pizza. They also issue coupons that you can collect and turn in for rewards . They do have a good amount of customers, sometimes you have to order ahead of you want food at a specific time. They also have cold 2 liters of Pepsi products for $3 a piece. One thing they are not is a sit down place as they only have one table to sit at .

I ordered an extra large pizza with sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese they told me it would be an hour or so. I called after an hour and a half and they said oh there’s someone out delivering two pizzas now then I didn’t get it till another half hour so it was almost 2 hours by the time I got the pizza and it was cold I was exhausted and did not want to wait for the pizza to come at 10:00 at night or later. The girl on the phone said the pizza would be free to replace it and I told her I was too tired to wait for someone to come again I’m older and I take care of my husband and my son and I asked her if they could bring another one tomorrow and it be hot and free and she said absolutely we replace them free when they are cold. I called today and they told me oh no you had to get it last night but will give you a discount that is ridiculous I will never order from this place again Not only was the pizza cold the crust was it’s not done the worst pizza I’ve ever had and that’s sad to say because this never happened before it was always decent Pizza better with the last owner this is not Robert Taylor this is Penny Taylor

The food is good but “Ky” the cashier and her cigarette smoking sidekick just made you guys loose paying customers…it was little to do with the coupon and all to do with “Ky” slamming the change on the counter at my sister. The guy working there was very nice but “Ky” could stand to be retrained on customer service basics.

I waited an hour and 45 minutes before I got my food then I ordered 12 wings and only received 11 which was an issue nc I had two kids I ordered 6 wings each for them and then one didn’t get all her wings also I ordered the sauce on the side and we didn’t get any sauce I ordered the pizza well done and it was still doughy

Raydee Magoos has been my favorite pizza spot for many years . My go to is the chunk sausage and pepperoni I have tried the stuffed pizza or kitchen sink but I prefer the sausage and pepperoni. Sometimes the delivery time takes a really long time but the pizza is always delicious. I will be a customer forever

I use to love this place. Not any more. I ordered a pizza. When I bit into pizza a long string of hair was baked into the cheese. I called & spoke with the owner/manager. He offered to remake or a credit. After being grossed out, I decided to take the credit. When I decided to order another day the owner/ manager offered to give me half off. He did not offer half off the first time we spoke. Who wants to eat a hairy pizza & deal with bad customer service…. I rather go to Ts pizza.

I had a really disappointing experience today. When I paid for my pizzas, the employee, Kai, slammed my change down on the counter instead of handing it to me. It came across as rude and disrespectful. I expect better customer service and basic courtesy when visiting this location.
