If you like garlic and noodles, this a spot for ya. I went with the shrimp and in looking at the images kind of regret not going with the bulgogi. Very busy little store a little tricky to find directly across from the below 5 signage as you’re driving into the parking lot. I enjoyed that dipping sauce not really that spicy at all so definitely we’ll work with whatever protein you pick.

If you’re looking for Vietnamese flavors, this ain’t it. Their food has whiff of Vietnamese-ness. There’s no fish sauce to be found anywhere. Grilled pork marinade, no fish sauce. Salad, no fish sauce. But instead have the option an of Italian dressing, or spicy ranch.
The NK slider burgers were actually enjoyable, as were the golden baos.
But for a place that names itself after the most popular Vietnamese last name ever, it’s very disappointing. There’s much better actual Vietnamese options in Long Beach. Try out Sesame Dinette for great modern fast-casual take on Vietnamese food.

I ordered the grilled pork rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The pickled carrots and daikon mix well with the pork and chopped lettuce, especially when the sour sauce is added. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

I got extra garlic noodles with bulgogi, plus a couple of green sauces that were delicious.
Overall I liked the food, very good seasoning and well cooked. I just wish that they would add more bulgogi; the bulgogi portion was not that generous. The water cup is very, very small, so it makes it an inconvenience to get up often for water refills. It would be nice if they could at least offer a medium-sized water cup. A large size would be even better. That way, customers don’t have to get up so often to get a refill, and people can enjoy their meal.
The place is nice and clean, well lit.
Very good customer service. I definitely recommend it.

I really like the flavors in their crawfish pasta! The added sauce is spicy so beware of adding too much imo but very tasty nonetheless. Good balance of noodles and sauce and meat

All I can say is that for a person who loves garlic noodles & shrimp this place is the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and made to order. The staff is so great very attentive, the restaurant is very clean. I will definitely recommend and return soon
