This is an amazing place to eat, I had never come and wasn’t planning to visit so the menu was a little overwhelming as I hadn’t done any research as to what was good… Honestly ANYTHING you order is absolutely DELICIOUS I can’t wait to come back, my daughter doesn’t like spicy things, the cheese boneless chicken was her favorite and the boba was really good… I’ll keep coming back!

I go all the way from the South part of Chicago just to eat this chicken and end up being disappointed by the taste of the food.
It doesn’t taste like a Korean fried chicken. It looks and taste like a failed KFC.
This is my second time being disappointed by this chicken franchise. I used to love this brand so much I order it a lot in NYC. But at this point, I should probably stop buying from this brand.
The service was good. The atmosphere was fine, it’s not crowded. But the chicken is just not my favorite anymore.

Worst location and worst service. The staff was very rude ( one of the women by the front desk). We ordered guava lime tea gave tip as well but the drink was bitter and when we tried to change it the women by the front was super rude and said she doesn’t want to help. The other guy was trying to ask me for options and also ask if I wanted another flavor switched but this women was interjecting him and said” no we can only add sugar to the drink” not do anything else. How is the business policy different for one employee and different for the other ? Even adding the sugar did not fix the issue that I had with the drink for some reason. She just did not care and her attitude was super bad. Such employees should not exist. This business will go down otherwise because of such bad attitude.

Pick up time was 6:30. I got my food at 7:21. I got there at 6:35, they told me 5 minutes. I went back up 5 minutes later, they told me a little more. I went back up 10 minutes later, and they told me 15 more minutes. I don’t know how it got progressively longer, but getting my food an hour after pick up time and the dishonesty is insane. If she told me it was going to be another hour, I would have asked for a refund and left. I love BBQ chicken as a chain but this isn’t my first experience like this at this location… this one absolutely sucks

Very friendly staff. Really good chicken wings. Recommend the honey garlic wings and if you can handle a beginner level heat try the special sauce wings. The cheese sticks are really good. The food is fresh. The bubble teas were amazing. So impressed with the variety here.

I normally hate boneless chicken but i live for theirs because it’s not just an over breaded super expensive chicken nugget it’s closer to a tender! great lunch specials and has restored my faith in boneless chicken wings!

Ordered food at 6:04pm get here at 6:35 and food still isn’t ready. It’s 7:15pm and food isn’t ready. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but customer service is terrible. They said “15-20 mins” it’s been 40 mins of be waiting and food still isn’t ready. DON’T COME HERE!!
