Never had hot dog factory before. Relaxing with a new restaurant open in stonecrest mall. So I tried it. $20 worth of food and they still have the nerve to give me a small cup for the combo drink and did not provide refills. We were charging for refills. I got one napkin, no silverware. It was not a good experience. I would have preferred making my own hot dogs at home.

I like a few of the other reviews, was so excited about my order! I spent $22.69 I ordered the $12 sausage with green peppers and onions. I got half a sausage and a few chopped peppers and onions. What in the world! I was so busted and sad about that sandwich. I had to doctor it up when I got home. I also got the Chicago Dog combo. That one was okay, but still not at all what I was expecting.

UPDATE: I have given them a second chance, glad I did, it was very delicious, hot, and the manager was great with customer service. I will be returning soon. Thank you for everything. I guess I should have read the reviews first. I ordered the Carolina slaw dog, she asked me if I wanted the combo I said yes. I said no salt on the fries and she said that does not come with salt that you can put your own seasoning on it. She rung it up separately I did order an extra bottle of coke for someone else. I was wondering why it was so much. I was looking for my receipt. I couldn’t find it . I got another one. I went to go pick up my order and there was no fries. So I asked her about it about the combo and she says oh I didn’t ring it up as a combo. really! She says do you want the fries and I said yes, so she goes to charge me for them I said no. so I did not get my fries,. So it cost me more for individuals and then it did for the combo I am not happy with this place and I will not return.

I want to give accolades to the assistant manager I encountered yesterday. This was my first time trying this restaurant and when I opened my box I was pleasantly impressed. Not only was it a Chicago Dog, it was a work of art. It was not only pleasing to the eye but tasted very good too. The fountain black cherry could’ve had more carbonation in it but the food made me forget about that. He was there by himself and offered good customer service and if given the chance I will be back for sure. I am however very disappointed in the owner/upper management for making this man work all by himself to run a restaurant. It is no reflection on him at all and only speaks to the character of the owners/managers above him, y’all should do way better, people become burnt out like that. To the dark-skinned brother with the golds and locs, keep up the great work you are very appreciated!

This was my first time coming because it’s in the mall and the foot traffic is kind of slow is the only reason why I gave the atmosphere three stars but my Polish was delicious. I’m still gonna try other items in the future and their menu choice is not confusing and delicious desserts even though I didn’t get to try, but I’m gonna definitely go back

I ordered the beyond hot dog , American style ( added cheese) with regular fries it was tasty ! However overpriced … my total $15 .

Hot dog is ok, but every time I come here I get poor customer service by the girl in the green hair as if she’s the only server they ever have . Please fire her and get someone with good customer service. I asked her questions about my change and she ignored me literally.

I really want to give the quality a one star but since this is a black owned business I’ll leave it at 3. For somewhere that specializes in hot dogs I expected way more for the price we were excited to have a new food option in the Stonecrest area so my husband stopped by to order hotdogs one day for us as a to go order, when he brought it home I was extremely underwhelmed. I was expecting high-quality bun with a high-quality sausage style hotdog. Instead, we got wayfield quality. I make better hotdogs at home on a stove top grill where I use a warm buttery brioche bun and a thick quality hot dog… so unfortunately, we will not be back unless the quality improves. I hope you guys take these reviews as a point for improvement because the Stonecrest area would definitely support and appreciate new food options for the residence.
