I’ve heard a lot about the new shrimp burrito bowl at Laredo Taco Company inside the 7‑Eleven on Stacy Rd in Allen, so I decided to stop by and give it a try, and I’m glad I did.
I was really impressed with the variety of food options they offer, but I went with the shrimp bowl. Wow. It was packed with flavor and easily had more food than any bowl I’ve ever gotten at Chipotle. The shrimp was tasty, everything was fresh, and the portions were generous.
Best part? It was all under $10. Try getting that kind of value at Chipotle or just about anywhere else these days.
Definitely will be back!

Very disappointing experience. The staff had their name tags flipped backward so their names were not visible, which felt unprofessional and intentional. I waited nearly an hour for just two orders. Instead of a simple greeting or welcoming attitude, the employee was rude, aggressive, and kept repeating “you have to wait at least 20 minutes” over and over, approximately every 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, all three employees were just standing together talking and chatting instead of helping customers or working efficiently. Their behavior came across as disrespectful, lazy, and lacking basic customer service skills. This was frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue and improves their staff’s attitude and work ethic.

This place continues to go downhill. When you finally get an employee that will listen to what you want the food is good. The service is far less than average. I’m not sure if it’s management not training the employees correctly or what, but they don’t know the menu items they have, can’t follow simple instructions such as plain, and it’s a whole other issue when it comes to the employees ringing item up on the register. I’ve never had these issues at any of the other locations. They really need to reevaluate their process because they won’t stay in business with these ongoing issues.

From the moment I walked in, Adam was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He greeted me with a genuine smile and was quick to offer assistance. I was a bit indecisive about my order, but Adam patiently walked me through the menu, offering helpful suggestions and answering all my questions with a positive attitude.
What really set Adam apart was his efficiency and attention to detail. Despite a steady stream of customers, he prepared my order quickly and accurately, ensuring everything was exactly as I wanted it. The food itself was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared – a testament to his skill and care.
Beyond just making great food, Adam created a really pleasant atmosphere. He was friendly and engaging with every customer, making sure everyone felt valued. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and personable service in a fast-casual setting.

They are not open 24hrs but that’s not the employees fault. The tacos are ok but I have a bad stomach so no telling. The lady B (I think she was the manager I don’t know) she was very nice to me and the customers before me. I’ll probably be back if I work this areas again.

They say open 24/7. Went to the location off of 75 and Stacy rd in Allen. I was there at 6am. The lady working that morning didn’t say anything about being closed the young man who is employed by 7-11 told me they wouldn’t be open until 8

We came in for lunch today. 4/30/25.. Abbie greeted us with he infectious smile. She is always so polite and happy to see us.. then she made me the most amazing shrimp bowl I have ever had. Food was amazing. Service even better. I hope and pray this make is to abbie.. keep doing a killer job girl.. josh down the road

Website and this location don’t match. Meat was dried like jerky. The guy working was stumped when I asked if I could do a two taco plate. His world was rocked. Had no idea what I was wanting. Started offering other items. Whole thing took way too long food was trash. Rice beans. Everything was sub par.
