Hidden in the middle of a bunch of warehouses is this little Mexican food trailer, and I’m so glad I found it. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and a chicken quesadilla with a Coke, and man… the food was amazing.
Everything tasted homemade, like the kind of food your mom or grandma would make when they really love you. Fresh, hot, full of flavor, and not greasy or rushed. The quesadilla was perfectly cooked and the breakfast sandwich hit the spot.
If you’re working nearby or just passing through, don’t sleep on this place. It may be tucked away, but it’s 100% worth finding. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The two ladies were very nice, and my food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. It was delicious. The tacos,burritos and salsa both green and red really good and flavorful food worth the drive. I aml definitely coming back again. Cantaloupe water was refreshing. Must try. They take both cash and card.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Great and fast service, so authentic. And the price!!! Is worth it, I am definitely going back just to tip and of course more food! Here I got chorizo, beans, rice and potatoes. And they were generous with the green sauce

This is a chorizo, egg, potato and cheese breakfast taco. On a handmade, flour, tortilla hands-down probably one of the best breakfast tacos. I’ve had here in the Austin area. I’m a lucky guy because this is right across the street from my work.
So if you’re in the neighborhood and you want some good breakfast tacos, I suggest you swing by this place an order up.

I’ve been looking for a go-to taco truck in Pflugerville and none of them have met my expectations, until now!
Delicious tacos, great prices, and perfect portions. Corn tortillas are freshly made and hold up to the fillings without ripping. The bistek was flavorful and juicy and the chorizo wasn’t overly greasy or cheap tasting.
I saw a couple of pick-up orders while I waited for my food and will probably do that going forward, although they do have a small shaded waiting area with a few seats.
I will definitely be back to try everything they have.

Excellent tacos! About 10 coworkers and I decided wanted to get out of the building and decided to give Taqueria Lopez a try. We were not disappointed. Everyone raved about what they got – we all tried different tacos. Definitely going back!

My daughter suggested this place and now I’m hooked. Very nice people and the breakfast tacos are awesome. My husband ordered the bacon and egg, I ordered the potatoes and egg with the green Salsa very good.
