Absolutely amazing experience at 대한곱창! The food was delicious, but what made it truly special was the incredible service. Our waitress, Theresa, was phenomenal!! So kind, attentive, and warm. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Thank you for such a memorable and heartwarming dining experience! I’ll definitely be back.

Great experience in Daehan Gopchang! The food is amazing, the quality is nothing like I’ve had around the area. Theresa, our server, was unlike any other. She even made a makeshift chopsticks for my brother who isn’t able to use them, she’s amazing! Made great recommendations and was so nice. Highly recommend this place!

This Korean-style grilled intestines restaurant is a place I visit occasionally, and it never fails to impress. The atmosphere here is so authentically Korean that it often feels like I’ve stepped right into Korea itself. The flavors of the dishes are spot on, capturing the essence of traditional Korean cuisine. The grilled intestines are expertly prepared, and the sides complement the meal perfectly. Every visit feels like a mini getaway to Korea, and it’s always a delightful experience. If you’re craving genuine Korean flavors, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

Great place for gopchang overall, tho I think it is a bit expensive. You can choose combo or individual item(s) in the combo; I like the flexibility it offers. The heart and large intestine are good. I don’t really like the kimchi here. The one in the pan is too sour. The one outside has a weird taste. Self note: if you like cooked garlic, ask them to put in early. I don’t recommend ordering meat here because it is expensive, and you don’t get to grill it at the table. I do recommend order the rice + toppings to be cooked at the table. I like leaving it on the fire for some time to create a crust at the bottom. It’s located inside The Meat Bros.

We had a wonderful dinner experience at Daehan Gopchang. Our server, Teresa, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the night. She made sure everything came out just right and checked in often without being intrusive. The food was delicious—especially the gopchang, which was perfectly grilled and flavorful. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Korean BBQ with great service!

We had an amazing meal at 대한곱창, but the highlight was our server, Theresa! She was friendly, attentive, and made perfect menu recommendations. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. With top-notch service and a great atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Theresa, for making our night special!
It’s been a few months since our last visit, but 대한곱창 still delivers the same top-notch quality! The food was just as flavorful and well-prepared as we remembered, and the service-especially from Theresa-was outstanding. This place never disappoints!

Visited Daehan Gopchang in Fort Lee and was seriously impressed. We ordered the Beef Large Intestine, and it was incredibly tasty — rich, authentic flavor and perfectly grilled. The atmosphere was lively and clean.
Huge thanks to our server Theresa, who was friendly, attentive, and had such a warm personality. She made the whole experience even better with her great service. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Korean gopchang!

Some bad reviews made me hesitant to try out this restaurant for over a year. And after today’s visit, I kind of understand why this decent gopchang restaurant fails to satisfy some guests.
Overall, my dining experience was very good. The food was excellent and the server put in decent effort to cook our meats properly. All sauces were distinctively tasty. Yes, I will come back in near future for sure.
But I would not come back during busy times. I can see how my dining experience can quickly deteriorates here during busy hours. The meat cooking process is very labor intensive and there is no way to keep it up during busy times.
And I will not get any takeout orders here. I just can’t see how their version of gopchang can possibly taste good 1 hr after they seared them.
3 orders of mixed gopchang costed me $108 plus tip (about $45 per person including tips and tax) so it was a relatively budget-friendly table-side Korean bbq experience.

It’s hard to find this place under its Korean name, and the English name is Meat Bro, and it is right by the entrance to the shopping center parking lot. Inside is big and decorated as a fun filled street bar theme. The meat choices may not be 100% to us. In addition to pork belly and beef brisket, most of the proteins are organs, interesting experience! When you go a la carte, you need to order a minimum of 2 dishes to cover the grill. Our server lost her patience when she tried to explain to us. The other server was treating us really nice, so the service here is nice if you run into our situation.

Food was good. In fact, their best meat was samgyupsal. However, one big downside. They require you for some reason to order gobchang. Their logic is that we take up a “gobchang grill” so we have to order 2 portions minimum before ordering other types of meat. Doesn’t really make sense to me. The grill doesn’t look any different than a regular kbbq grill.
Feedback for management – get rid of this unnecessary rule. You have other good meats that paying customers want to order. What does it matter what specifically I order as long as I order some meat? You get the same money – the price you set on your menu. Not everyone wants to be stuck with the choice of ordering gobchang or eating at the all-you-can-eat side and paying more.
Food was good but being made to order something I don’t want left a bad taste in my mouth.
