The supervisor that was on duty was named Mario was very rude. When I try to address my order was left on the ground. And took to the wrong address. When ask how you to take care of theses matters. He tell me to wait two days and the speak with the general manager. Think it could’ve been handled better Just disappointed with the service. I’ve been to more efficient Dominos before. The drive through window is nice when people aren’t placing orders there. It should be pickup only. When you have a pickup NO ONE wants to wait for someone to order then get their food.

I usually choose Domino’s at this location for our pizza fix; but sadly, no longer. The pizza used to be topnotch, melt in your mouth, amazing pizza. This is no longer the case as the pizza is neither consistently made, nor prepared well. We’ve had doughy, underbaked crust and most recently, lack of sauce on two large pizzas. One should have had Alfredo and the other, tomato. Imagine finding out after getting home that you have two extremely dry pizzas to choke down. You wouldn’t have known this since the sauce isn’t noticeable underneath all the toppings. Unfortunately, I’ll have to resort to Lil Caesers down the road. They don’t have near the options of Domino’s; but I do consistently receive the same, quality pizzas I pay for. Also, there has never been one of the most important ingredients missing. The laughs on all of us. Save your disappointment and go elsewhere.

Tuesday 4.2.24 – my mom placed her order on the app. She thought she was getting two large pizzas for 20 dollars, but she messed up her order and got a medium split pizza. The manager and a male employee were very kind when she called. Even though it was her fault, they refunded her order and let her place a new order with the coupon she had a wanted to used. They delivered the new pizzas to our house again timely. I was very impressed with the customer service that the employee and manager displayed. The delivery guy was also awesome! Thank you Dominos on Richmond rd, for taking wonderful care of the people I love. ♥️
