My family and I had a Super Bowl party and we were very happy with our order. We got Ribs, pulled pork and pulled chicken, chicken quarters, mac and cheese, and more food than we can eat.YUM Yum.

BS Smoking Sauces catered our wedding this past summer and the food was excellent. There was a great variety of homemade sauces to accompany the meat. The chicken was amazing! A really yummy addition to the meal were the home made pickles. Our guests were very happy with all the food choices that we had to offer. Sean was very easy to work with throughout the planning of the event. Highly recommend BS Smoking Sauces!

I want to start by saying, I am a diabetic with Celiac disease and am 100% gluten free. I have to question food service people extensively before eating there. In talking with Sean, I felt confident enough to try their food. I got the sampler platter that had, pork, beef and chicken, a side of Mama slaw and a side of the beans. It was outstanding! I had no Celiac symptoms. We difinitely are going back.

If giving 0 starts was an option I would do it. From the time these people got to the venue, the younger female with the glasses, started right in with an attitude with the groom. Right after as the wedding planner intercepted her, she continued with the attitude with the wedding planner. We let that slide as there was lots to do to get ready for the big day. Well once the main even happen, she moved her passive aggressive attitude to the guests. The wedding party/table chose not to dine first, however, as the guests proceeded to grab plates and get in line, she started yelling at them and telling them no on could get food until the wedding party table came up first. So okay, we did so others could eat… 6 children at this wedding 2 dozen hot dogs prepared, adult guest asks for hot dog and gets yelled at by the same lady that those are for the kids only… we threw out about 20 hot dogs that night… To continue this the best man and a groomsman asked to speak to her to the side and numerous guests started complaints about her and her attitude. The gentleman a.k.a the owner steps in, when we address him as he has been working with her all day, his response wasn’t “oh I’m sorry I’ll handle that” it was “she ain’t had no attitude”… great impression. On top of that I understand this is a bbq place, but if your cooking and catering a wedding at least change before service into something that doesn’t look like you have been doing farm chores all day… Nevertheless, the portions of food you got was “one scoop” that one scoop was smaller than my fist and would not even be enough to feed a small child. These guys came way unprepared with a bad attitude, there was not even enough food for the staff that worked the event which was paid for mind you. At the beginning the salad was garb your own, so because of the small portions people were grabbing more salad, well they quickly threw a third person on that and rationed that also. Overall, very bad experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. Between how the groom, the wedding party was treated, to the guests, to the staff, and the wedding planner, I would rather have ordered subs from subway than to let people get treated this way.

I decided to leave a less aggressive review. We hired this place to cater my wedding. For $3500, they didn’t bring enough food and no one that I’ve spoken with was impressed at all. They didn’t dress like they were catering a wedding and were very rude to my husband. Maybe the food truck is okay but as far as catering we wasted our money.

I was looking for a good brisket sandwich and they didn’t disappoint! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich which he also enjoyed.
We took a chance and drove about an hour to try this place out on a cruddy Sunday afternoon, it was worth the adventure!!

Used BS Smoking Sauces for our farm wedding. We were recommended to them by a family member. We were not able to taste anything before hand due to us living in another state and COVID. HOWEVER, they did not disappoint! They brought their own smoker and tables and servers and provided good food for all of us. They suggested quantities needed for our wedding size and even told us when they recommended to reduce the amount we had resulting in a smaller price. And glad we listened! We still had some left overs but all manageable us to eat by ourselves! The food is the type that tastes even better as left overs!

I recommend the BBQ chicken, it was to die for and the only option with NO leftovers! Get extra sauce though! To put on any left overs! Everyone at the wedding was raving about the chicken and sauce!

Food was cooked very well. My boyfriend and I got a BBQ brisket melt and the meat was so tender. The potato salad was very good, very light and creamy.

Sean and Brittany run a killer bbq trailer in the parking lot of Trader Johns Gun Shop in Winchester New Hampshire. The spicy bbq sauce is amazing and the brisket was perfectly done. The slaw is to die for. Beans were well executed as well. Very impressed
