This place is horrible. Not really due to the food, that is probably the best part of what this place offers. The food is exactly what you come to expect from KFC / Taco Bell.

The problem here is with the Management in regards to the dining room and overall repair of the facility. After remodeling the place a few years ago, they obviously spent some money on that, but I question this place’s decisions on maintaining their equipment to standards. When you first walk in to the vestibule, once you open the second door, due to the vacuum, the first door slams really shockingly loud and fast behind you. Be very careful if you have small, slower children behind you. They could easily be injured. It has been this way for many years. This owner will not spend the money to fix this air suction problem with the doors. It has been this way for many, many years. He also will not turn the heat on in the main dining room in fall or winter. It is literally an ice box in there. You must keep your coat and hat on if you wish to eat there, and as a result, your food gets ice cold very fast. I guess he thinks not many people eat inside, but that is due to how inhospitable it is and an insult to guests.

For several months now I have noticed a dank, filthy, and musty smell coming from around the drink machine. It is disgusting and a complete embarrassment to the franchise. This surely could have, and should have been fixed by now, but my guess is the owner won’t spend the money on it. He has decided to put a cardboard cover with duct tape on (see image)to cover what I assume is a drainage sewer where the stench is coming from. It smells horrible. Its been going on for at least a month or two.

There are other issues with this place, but one good thing I must say is their employees are fabulous. They are so nice and so helpful, but when you ask them about these issues it is clear they cannot talk about it for fear of retribution from this owner. I feel bad for them, they work hard and are the one bright spot at this establishment.

Also, there have been times when some products were not available due to equipment not in service. Again the owner did not care and left the employees to face angry customers.

It kind of makes you wonder what else is in disrepair back there and what corners have been cut to save money?

I can’t come back to this place until the franchise comes in and ensures that all health and safety standards are met and continue to be met with urgency and concern for their customers.

Until then there are other KFC / Taco Bells in the area that are better run than this one.

Horrible customer service. I pulled up to the window during my lunch time and tried to order from the luxe menu… an item they apparently don’t carry, but after ordering it I could hear a lady in the background of the speaker telling the person taking the order in Spanish which I AM FLUENT IN “she better not order that because we don’t even have it” very rudely! I said thank you and drove off to a different Taco Bell. This isn’t the first time I receive poor customer service at this location but it’s the closes TB to my job. Never again wasting my time though. That señora grosera needs to learn better manners and service if she’s going to be working a fast food place. Their parking lot is also full of potholes and the drive thru menu is out of alot of things. This place is a disaster. No gracias!

Literally gave us dry old food that nobody should consume. I’d like to politely request a refund and make sure I never come back to this location again. Could not eat. Fries were cold and stale. Chicken breasts were slimy and cold. Tenders were cold and dry to the point that your mouth dried out as if you were eating a dusty saltine. Curds were a soppy wet cold mess. Biscuits cold dry and fell into crumbs. Mac and cheese, wedges, and mashed potatoes were okay. The majority of the food was inedible otherwise.

The management definitely needs to hire more staff. Those poor workers were in over their heads! I placed an order online for take out and waited over 15min past my pick-up time to get my order because they were so busy and short-staffed. The food was good, but as a former food service worker, I’m rating low because I feel bad for the employees.

Ordered for the first time in Taco Bell , I combo meal and chicken quesadilla ordered online , which took longer time almost one hour. Food got so cold. We have to heat it up. Anyways food taste was good. Enjoyed it.

Went through the drive through on lunch break and upon driving up to the speaker, no one responded to us for more than several minutes. Additionally, several cars ahead of us and behind us in line also left due to not be answered or were asked to wait an extreme amount of time.

Went in at 8 pm 2 hours before closing time. They had no original chicken and the guy said the extra crispy was only 30 minutes old. We ordered it and when we got it there was grease on the inside like they had thrown it back in to reheat it. The coating was so hard you could barely break it or eat it. Also ordered taco supremes and the lettuce was almost completely frozen. And the whole time we were in there they were cleaning up and kept the back door open so the entire place was like an ice box. Why were they in such a hurry to clean up 2 hrs before their closing time? Perhaps they were going to ditch early? What has happened to having an honest work ethic? Why can’t the simplest places actually fulfill their commitment to the customer? All the workers want 15 dollars an hour and are unwilling to even put in 15 minutes of work. Hopefully the manager or owner will fire those people and get people who actually want to work.

On the website it states that drive thru is closed but its open. I drove up and the lady said there was no supreme tacos or frozen drinks. So I opted for something else.

Food is ok and servers are friendly but the air temp inside is so low I was wondering if the heat was turned on… when it’s cold enough inside that you feel the need for gloves, it is too cold.

I came here twice recently for their Nacho Cheese Fries. The most recent trip was earlier tonight. Last time, I was given room temperature yet soggy fries. Prior to tonight, my most recent experience was at the Barrington Rd Taco Bell which my fries were upright, crunchy and the cheese sauce was smooth and warm. Tonight, at this establishment, just as the last time, my fries were room temperature, soggy and the cheese in the cup was thick and cold. What is the matter with you? I tight last time was a one off but at this point it is clear that it is a trend. I specifically told the drive thru dude tonight that last time my fries were soggy and please ensure this time they are fresh and crunchy. He made an assurance statement that made me believe he’d ensure this. But what a lie. If you cannot properly maintain your fries to satisfactory standards, in addition to your cheese sauce, then stop selling these fries.
