The gorditas from this franchise are pretty good, I highly recommend the Revoltijo(Supreme ) which is a gordita with a mix of many things which is full of flavor and texture.
The restaurant didn’t look very clean, and the service was slow, the staff was friendly enough, but there was only 1 employee working as cashier and cook.

The vist started bad, I wanted something to eat that to them is only served for breakfast. I understand that this could be the case but no where In their establishment, is stated some items are for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I am attaching a picture of their menu. When I questioned the incident, the lady explained it although it was beyond my control there is nothing that could be done. Other than make a new menu stating what items are served at what time. Then we sit down and wait and our number gets skipped. OUrs was 22 and now they are on number 28. When I QUESTIONED the cooking staff they said they never received my order..I fully believe the register lady may have not put our tickect in since i questioned their menu. Finally after we get our food we noticed the food server or meal preparation lady was making the food without gloves but by then it’s too late. I’m not sure what food safety practices or policies are in place in this city. We already had waited 30 minutes and ate OUR food. When I go to my vehicle a costumer walked out from Dona totas with her child and just let her son urinate outside between 2 cars in font of everyone. Needless to say I will not eat there again.

Dinner time, place should be packed by it was empty, we didn’t feel welcomed, service staff was cold, kind of rude, when asked details about the food. I understand, it’s been a long day, but is not like if the place was packed, maybe it was packed earlier? Regardless, courtesy should be number one issue to correct. The gorditas taste was blah, we had the family combo, compared to the restaurant before, I felt like something was missing. I will think twice before going back there again.

Have correct price when charging

And the person your gonna have charging in the front make sure they smile atleast lady yall have there looks like she hates life and hates the customers too. A smile wouldnt hurt

The same person that was preparing gorditas was using the same gloves for cleaning register and placing orders! Then goes to prepare my gorditas it just gross me out! Was very polite and just walked out.

The place was a mess multiple tables still had trays and left over food way after customers had left. The lady charging took the cash and then turned around to handle the food without washing her hands . She spent half the time on her cellphone again not washing her hands. She had a good personality which was nice, but did not make up for the above.

The gorditas are really good and are freshly done. But they are very tiny and expensive for the size they are. If you are hungry I do not recommend this location. The two stars are because the gorditas are very small and expensive. The are good but not returning to theis location.
