My wife and I went to their dining room this evening. We ordered the kale Caesar salad which was excellent. The white pizza with added Italian bacon, is absolutely delicious! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The vibe was so great. Our server was so nice and full of energy. They played great music as well. We had already been to Bird before for Take out multiple times but their dine in service is top notch!

This place is sooooo good that you can’t get into it for weeks at a time, unless you go to their carry out section. The dining experience is a must, and is booked out months in advance. It is a smaller place, but the quality of the pizza is out of this world, and is second to none. I’ve been to over a hundred different pizza places in my life, and this is definitely up there. Their salad is also amazing! If you hate salad, you still have to try this one. Trust me!

After an hour and a half wait (we didn’t have a reservation), we were seated at the bar. We ordered the famous Kale Caesar and the Grandad Pizza. The kale was just okay and seems to be a bit overhyped. It is almost there, but definitely not very anchovy forward if that what you are looking for. The pizza was good, definitely can tell that high quality ingredients are used. The service is great, but TIGHT is understatement. It’s hard to breathe without the fear of knocking something or someone over. The bar seats are definitely not ergonomic or comfortable, especially if you end up at the corner seat like me. Overall, it’s an experience worth having, but I’d suggest a reservation and requesting a table and not the bar.

Bird Pizzeria truly lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was on point. It was stylish, welcoming, and set the tone for a great night. The service was just as good. Tatiana was our waitress and she was amazing. Super attentive, friendly, and every recommendation she made was a hit. If Tatiana suggests a menu item, trust her and order it.
The food was outstanding. The Grandad pizza was *chef’s kiss*. And yes, the viral Caesar salad is absolutely worth it. The drinks were also on point and paired perfectly with the food.
Bird Pizzeria delivers across the board. Great food, great drinks, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. We will definitely be back.

Had the most amazing time at Bird Pizzeria!! Celebrated my late graduation with my friend who was visiting from out of state. Everyone from the host, the server, to the food runner was so beyond friendly. Truly made me feel special! The food was amazing! We got the Caesar salad, OG, and Grandad. To say we were not disappointed would be an understatement. Will be returning!!

We had an amazing experience here and the food tasted incredible. The kale Caesar salad was massive and the pizza was very flavorful. All of the staff members were very personable and created an enjoyable atmosphere.
The restaurant is a bit pricey, with extra dressing being $2 for a small cup and not being noted until the check is asked for. I’m not sure if this is the usual experience, but we only received an itemized receipt after requesting one, not when the card was presented.

Tried Bird Pizza tonight for the second time and walked out feeling pretty split. The first time was take out and my wife and I felt we had to give it another try but dine in.
The kale Caesar and the white pizza both looked great, but something in the flavor just wasn’t landing. Not bad… just missing that little spark that makes you go “oh yeah, that’s it.”
Presentation? On point.
Taste? Ehhh, close but not quite.
We also left the restaurant still smelling like the restaurant, plus a little napkin residue situation. And the lighting could definitely be better. Between that and the volume, it’s giving “cute spot, but not the vibe to linger.”
On the flip side, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the prices were actually pretty reasonable.

Phenomenal pizza spot! We had the infamous Caesar salad with a mound of Parmesan cheese & bread crumbs. The pizza we got was a vodka sauce base. Great flavor, fresh ingredients, & perfectly cooked! Very difficult to get reservations and I don’t recommend getting the take out. It is not as good as having it fresh while dining inside in my opinion. Sometimes there will be random availability on a Thursday evening for 2 people, but most time slots book out months in advance.

Got pizza for take out in a pinch on a Sunday. Ingredients are fresh and pizza is delicious. Service was great. Also got the kale caesar to go, which I was thrilled was available for take out.

We got the regular pizza with beef pepperoni + hot honey, super crisp crust, slightly chewy center, and the hot honey added just the right kick. Not too heavy, just the perfect NY-style crunch
We also had the Kale Caesar Salad, which came topped with tons of crispy breadcrumbs and cheese – looked dramatic when it arrived, in the best way! Light ranch dressing, creamy texture when mixed, and the kale was super fresh and crisp Such a balanced combo.
Staff seemed a bit rushed (it was a little bit busy), but still polite and friendly overall.
