FUZE STREET FOOD is where Asian + Mexican street flavors collide with attitude. We’re slinging crispy General Tso’s tofu bao, spicy Birria eggrolls, and fusion bites that don’t play by the rules. It’s bold. It’s loud. It’s food for the people.
No borders. No rules. Just damn good street food.

Hands down some of the BEST Norris tacos I have ever had. The meat was full of flavor, the taco shells were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, can’t say enough good things!

Unbelievably delicious food and truly amazing folks making it. My tacos and consommé were the most delicious I’ve ever eaten, and Wenda’s Thai iced tea with mango boba suggestion was to die for. Absolute must-eat!!!

Extremely friendly and pleasant couple who gave us excellent service. I had the Thai Peanut Noodles and my friend had the Birria tacos. The portion size was very generous and the noodles had these amazing chili flakes on top. They gave me a vegetarian cilantro lime kind of sauce to put on the veggies and it was outstanding. If I find myself in Union again, I’ll definitely make a stop here

This was above and beyond the answer to my cravings for tacos. I’m from the south, spent the past year in Maine, and was pleasantly surprised to find this joint serving birria tacos. Really, the entire experience was excellent. The tacos are a perfect portion, the stewed birria was cooked and seasoned really well. For me, just the right amount of sauce, and the whole thing cooked in two tortillas like I would find in frequent trips to the Texas/Mexico border. Limes in the box to splash across the top. The vinegar cabbage slaw was a great bite as well. Order the consomme in a little cup to dunk the tacos in, and drink that down. When I see birria, I stop. And this was done so well that it is top of my list. Try it!
Next level would be to top it off a cold Jaritos. I did not try the bao and spring rolls on this trip, I was too dialed in on the birria. This is a great stop for families, commuters, locals, trades workers out on a job, and employees on a lunch break. I made it a destination and will be doing so again within the week. Walk-up window, simple menu, easy transaction. A real joy to find a quality bite in Union. The 6th star in the review goes to the lovely owners who shared in the excitement.

Hands down the best tacos in Maine, and easily the best birria I’ve ever had—and I’ve been around the block. Absolutely outstanding. The owners are super nice people, the food is killer and the menu is incredibly creative. It’s always fun to be able to try new and interesting dishes from a culinary genius. We will definitely be back and are so excited to have this place in Union. We are blessed!

Stumbled on this food truck and I’m so glad I did. The tacos were amazing—perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of kick. You can tell they care about the food they’re putting out, and it shows in every bite.
Super friendly folks running the truck, too. Everything felt fresh and made with purpose. Definitely not your average food truck—this one’s worth tracking down.
If you’re anywhere near Union, don’t miss FUZE. I’ll be back for sure.

As good as, the now defunct, Wich, Please in Rockland, I love a good food truck, and Wenda and Jeff have put the work into something that feels authentic with a punky/fun vibe. I will be thinking about their birria tacos and next time, plan to slow down and appreciate each thoughtfully mixed flavor: the perfect savory birria, green sauce, tangy cabbage slaw, pickled onions, fresh herbs, and doubled-up crispy/greasy corn tortillas. Thanks, guys! Can’t wait to come back and try the Bao Buns.

Some of the best tacos I’ve had in an area with really great tacos. The setting is not very attractive, but it’s a food truck, so it is what it is. The people are nice, the food is great and that’s all that matters. They have nailed the spices and the meat is good quality.

Took the family there and we all loved it! Great food and nice people. We went there when the blueberry festival was happening so they had different options then normal. We had the peanut noodles, tocos and some of their hand cut, locally sourced potatoes from Beth’s farm. This is my new lunch spot when im around. Thanks for the great food!
