Culvers is always fantastic. The service is always top tier but today Leann was a delight while helping me order my Northwoods Walleye. It was delightful however I would have loved to seen a little more tartar sauce but other than that it was a delightful experience

Been years since I visited this Culver’s. This location has a new dining area – more spacious and open now (Manager Kristie said they just reopened, following the remodel about a week ago).
The burger was fresh, custard smooth and creamy, fries were tasty. Culver’s quality makes it worth the visit vs lesser fast food operations.
I had the single patty, Bacon Deluxe, Krinkle fries and I subbed out a small Concrete Snickers Swirl mixer (instead of drink).
All elements of the meal are quite good. The staff was friendly and courteous. A nice place to visit for lunch, dinner or a custard treat.
Update 4/4/25 -Yummy, the Culver’s Fish Fry Dinners at this Racine Avenue Muskego location are excellent. A week ago I ordered the 2 piece Cod dinner, and this Friday (during Lent) I ordered the Walleye Dinner. Again – really well done! The fish is golden battered, flaky, but not overcooked or undercooked. Cole slaw is good, and French Fries and dinner roll round out the order. This Culver’s does a great job on the food, whereas- some other locations not so much. Great job Muskego!
727/25- Tried the New Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Yessir -it’s good. Nice crunchy exterior, good flavor, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo on a fresh bun. Bravo Culvers!

I like Culver’s. This one has good service, it’s nicely maintained and the food is usually good. On this visit we had a couple dishes of ice cream. The hot fudge Sunday was excellent. The special pumpkin pecan ice cream was tasty but a little gritty.

I have severe tree nut allergies. Twice now we have asked for my food to be bagged separately and twice it has not been done. I had a reaction last time and wanted to try again because I love Culver’s, but I am disappointed at the lack of care, attention, and risk.

There is so much I can say about the Culver’s restaurant in muskego. First of all, the restaurant always looks clean and inviting. Secondly the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Lastly, I am always amazed at how well-trained and hard-working the entire staff is. In particular, I see teenagers who hustle to serve the customers and do so in a very welcoming manner.

I had accidentally placed an order at this location, but I work an hour away. I had called the Muskego location to explain what happened and to cancel the order within a couple minutes of placing it. I received nothing but attitude with the girl that answered..found out she was one of the managers, i was shocked. She was even very snotty when answering the phone in the first place. She told me that she will throw away my food but still have to be charged 20 dollars that I spent!! Are you kidding me?? She could have at least acted professional and had some class. I said absolutely not you are not keeping my 20 dollars. I asked my husband if he could go pick it up since it would only be 30 min away for him. My husband then called this Culvers back and the same girl answered. She got angry with him right away and he asked to speak to a different manager. We heard them talk crap about us and the second manager got on the phone and was juat as rude and condescending. She then said she would remake the food when we got there. What’s the difference?? You’re out the food then. Just ridiculous. After having to get extreme they said they would refund it, but not without being condescending. I will never support this franchise. Hire better people or teach better customer service. Could have at least been pleasant!

The frozen custard was delicious! I had a bit of a tough time eating my burger though. The patty was over-smashed, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy. I think the cooks could improve their skills and meet Culver’s standards. They should definitely focus on serving good food to their customers and work on making orders more accurate. 6.5/10
