They are very kid-friendly and the room in the back wad great for feeding and entertaining a bunch of kids for a birthday. John was great with them and very accommodating. I tried a take out order for the first time. I have to say it was average at best. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries with a Oreo shake. The burger was skimpy and thrown together. I had to put it back together because all the toppings were falling off. The fries were ok but nothing special. The shake was only filled up 3/4 of the way. Sorry but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Just happened to be walking on South Street, with my daughter, and we both were hungry. She suggested M2O burgers and salads. Their menu has a lot to offer. We opted for a chicken Caesar wrap and a Nashville hot chicken wrap. They were delicious! The place is roomy and clean and the gentleman at the front was so very pleasant. I look forward to a return visit.

I’ve had their salads before and they’re pretty good. I wish they had vegan options. No vegan cheese and veggie patties aren’t vegan either. I got a smoothie from there the other day and was disappointed to see they were using puree rather than just fresh fruit. That’s not what people want when they order a smoothie.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and liked the food but probably won’t be doing so again after my last order. I made a delivery order through their website which redirects to Toast. After an hour and half I haven’t received my food, which the website says is still being prepared so I called the restaurant. They claimed that Doordash (and/or Uber) deliver the food and they haven’t picked it up so I need to contact them. Except the Toast site provides no information about who (or which service) is delivering the food so I have absolutely no way of contacting them or getting a refund. The employee called her manager who refused to give me a refund and was totally unhelpful if not rude. As I’m writing this I was just connected with a delivery driver, so I’ll be getting my food two and a half hours late and cold. It’s obviously not the employees fault but definitely seems like a failure on the restaurant’s part if it takes 2.5+ hours to get your food delivered when ordering from their website.

Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered a milkshake and a soda. Somehow their milkshake machine was “broken” — something we only found out after calling the store ourselves. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a proper solution, they just gave us two sodas and still charged us the full price of the milkshake. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering from here again.

My hubs and I tried this restaurant for the first time today. We found it via Uber Eats as we were looking for a place that specialized in burgers, fries, and shakes. Hubby wanted a good burger with a good shake. We FOUND it here!!! The burger was tasty and the fries were too. And the Oreo Shake was dynamite!!! The order arrived via Uber Eats in no time! The delivery guy was quick, professional, and focused. We loved everything!!! M20 Burgers and Salads, we’ll be back!!
