This would be the “Mexican food hidden Gem” of Corcoran. If you want authentic, this is the place. I recently discovered it and let’s just say… they have the meats!

I just order the agua de piña from here. But don’t order the quesadilla de carne asada. The meat is too tough, not grilled enough, and lacks seasoning. Chicken was somehow worse.

This is by far a very goooood place to eat if you love Mexican food. Prices do reflect food authenticity and quantity. Drinks are amazing everything made to order and very fresh, tortillas are homemade. Highly recommened.

I went today and they took forever on my order and I was the only one there. The lady that took my order had her hands dirty and just made her presentation look bad. I got a birria and it was super greasy I could not even eat it. I don’t know what happened but when they had the taco truck it was really good.

Today me and my wife went into this restaurant and first of all I have to say the food is good!!! I ordered Caldo de res and I guess someone else ordered it after us and we were the only ones in the restaurant as soon as the cook came out gave the Caldo to the person who ordered after me. the cook knew it and said “I will bring yours next” so I had to wait for it np. I get my order then another cook came and brought us to aqua Fresca saying it was complementary for the soup delay and that was nice of them until……. The other cook came out and said those drinks were for someone else and asked if we will pay for them and I said no I didn’t have extra money for them so she took them back ♂️ ♂️ I don’t think I’m going back there any time soon!!!!!!

Rice and beans are on point, the service is great, and the tacos are so good. I got Chile Verde and lengua. Both were tender and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back!!
