This Indian food is amazing. The portions are generous. Very clean and welcoming restaurant. If you have not tried Indian food, please try the Butter Chicken! That is always a favorite. I am not Indian, but I come from an area with a lot of Indian food. I have tried many Indian restaurants and I have had Indian food in 5 countries. Wooster is so lucky to have this family business. I used to live in Wooster. I am jealous they weren’t there when I lived there. I will still make sure to come back!

My first time was definitely not my last time at this gem of a small town restaurant! The chicken kabob platter was tastefully amazing! The bed of veggies were delicious and the the chutney and garlic topped it all off! See you soon!

Working in the area. Indian food sounded like a good idea for dinner.
Ordered Saag Chicken and some Samosas.
Samosas came out super hot. We’re very good. Chutney sauces excellent.
The Saag Chicken came out later. Could tell it was pre cooked chicken chunks in the spinach sauce. It came out warm. Not hot. Had liquid separation. To say it was undercooked would not be accurate. It felt more like not reheated well. Spice and flavor was good. But for the price charged for dish, I’d expect better.
Bill was then given..there was no clear way to add a tip and total. It was confusing, and did not make me feel great about this basic transaction.
I really do not want to be negative about this place. The people are super nice. But it wouldn’t be right if I had not mentioned these issue.

Walked into a clean, warm and inviting restaurant. The food was delicious. I tried almost everything at the buffet. I didn’t try dessert but it looked good. If you are unsure about what to get at the buffet don’t hesitate to try a little bit of everything. I promise it is worth it.

Excellente! I ordered the Chicken Tikka Tandoori Special. It was one of the best kebab entrees I’ve had in years. It was served on a platter the size of a tennis racket. The aromatic vegetables, sizzling in the succulent sauce was exciting.
I was meeting one of my best friends for dinner. He ordered the Joe Rogan Josh, and described it as delightful and abundant.
We ordered Kashmiri Naan for an appetizer. I’ve never had naan made with cashews and coconut. It was fantastic and we enjoyed every bite until there was none (or naan XD) left. Especially paired with the garlic sauce and chutney.
The service was phenomenal. Our drinks were never empty, and the waitress was exceptionally helpful.

This was a great find on our way to Millers-berg Amish farms and we loved the biriyani, wish the service was a bit quicker but overall great experience. Thank you!

Really wonderfully Indain food. I had the Tikki Masala and my wife had the chicken kabobs. We both had a side of rice and an order of naab bread. Everything was perfect. It’s been a while since I was able to get good Indian food and was so happy to find this place. The service was really great and the staff was very friendly and prompt. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend. Food is always fresh, ready quickly, and portions are generous.
I thought restaurants could only be “good, fast, and cheap, pick 2,” but this place proves that statement wrong.
The Curry Pot also goes above and beyond to accommodate for dietary needs. Give it a try!

I’m not as well versed in Indian cuisine as I am Chinese or others, but I already had a good idea of what I wanted before stepping inside. First, let’s address the 3 star aspect, the atmosphere. Nothing in the restaurant hinted that it was an Indian restaurant barring a few photographs. No colors, no architectural styles, nothing. That’s it, now to the good stuff! I was greeted as I walked in and gestured to sit anywhere. I received my drink quite fast and ordered the Chicken 69 appetizer. Excellent. That simple. Crisp and flavorful. Bright colors with just enough garnish to compliment the dish. Given a choice I prefer goat over lamb as the flavor stands up to the considerable flavors that India has brought to spices and sauces. They offered lamb here so I wasn’t too disappointed. I ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh with garlic and butter na’an. Would divine be too strong a word? I don’t think so. From the first bite I was lunched into a flavor expedition. The lamb was tender, the sauce was absolutely packed with flavor, and the na’an was slightly charred and perfectly tender, exactly as a tandoori oven should make them. I cannot wait until my next visit, hopefully they will consider adding shrimp pakorah to the menu. I highly recommend The Curry Pot.
