This was our first (and last) time doing to go. They forgot our dozen rolls. The steaks were not cooked anywhere near what we asked (one of them being well done), one of them was raw. The BBQ sauce spilled as well as the ranch spilled all over the salad. The rolls all looked like someone walked on them. This food did not look appetizing at all. What a complete waste of $85. Will not be going back.

I feel as though the Roadhouse is a staple, and absolutely something folks look forward to. Great reasonably priced food, AMAZING rolls, and a good inviting atmosphere.

I ordered from the app the 11oz sirloin. It was supposed to be ready at 7:30. I text here at 7:20 not ready, 7:35 not ready, 7:50 not ready 7:55 went to the window and it was done 35 min ago at 7:22. They never hit the “ pick up now “ text to me. The food was cold and even worse my 11oz med rare turned into a 4.7oz sirloin well done !! I know they are “new” and busy but dang two wrongs in a row?! I’m sure going in would be better and able to correct faster than me coming back. But after a 12 hr shift I just want to pick and go home.

Had dinner, and we are very impressed with the service. Our waitress Jackie was amazing and friendly. The food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat and enjoyable. We will be back soon.

I like the majority of the experience. No complaints about the servers. The steak was poorly trimmed, though, with huge sections of my 16oz Fort Worth Ribeye either being silver skin that I had to trim off or undercooked fatty sections that were almost inedible, complete with nearly raw red meat.

Hands down my go to Texas Steak experience even though it’s a chain! Fan of their free bread and Steak (Fort Worth or NY Ribeye). Love their Texas Chili too. Bread, chili, steak and a cocktail is a perfect night

This is the second time I’ve ordered take out from here and I don’t know why they think that’s its okay to put loaded cheese fries in with the steak. It gets all soggy and then its no good. I ordered double cheese fries and that doesn’t even look like one order of fries. The Roadhouse off of 820 and beach is the only one with enough common sense NOT to do that.

The disgusting manner they pack to go orders and put those cups with side orders literally placed on top of the steak itself has to be reported for food safety. This is ridiculous. And complaints have been sent numerous times, yet they keep doing it. Like who puts a cup that was seating on the floor in the same plastic as the food, literally touching the steak.
