Fattes Pizza is one of those spots you don’t overthink—you just order, eat, and enjoy. The Double Cheese is melty, simple, and exactly what you want when you’re not in the mood for anything fancy. I also really liked the Sticky Fingers—sweet, spicy, and totally addictive. Even the Hawaiian was solid if you’re into that sweet-and-savory vibe.
It’s not gourmet, but it’s not trying to be. The crust is decent, the toppings are generous, and you get a lot of food for the price. Perfect for a chill night in or feeding a hungry crew without breaking the bank.

I’m glad we stopped by on our trip to Paso Robles. We were delighted to find out their base sauce was Jain friendly(No Onion, No Garlic), and they accomadated our customizations, including using a clean knife. Pizza was loaded with toppings but needed a little bit of salt.

The service was good. The young man at the front was friendly. Our pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be. It looks like a small place but thats not bad. Decent pizza, not great customer service. I inquired about the prices for a two topping versus a four topping pizza, because every other pizza shop I’ve ever gone to charges per topping. The girl on the phone just kept saying they are both “regular pizzas” without giving context or pricing and said “so I basically answered your question” in an annoyed voice.. I said she did not answer my question at all actually. Then with even more of a rude tone she finally explained that “regular pizza” means they have unlimited toppings and it’s all the same price. I guess they just expect you to know this if you’re not a regular customer? I looked online at the menu prior to my call, but didn’t see any prices. I’m sorry, but now I am annoyed. Maybe their manager/shift supervisors can better train the employees to have more proper and effective order taking etiquette, so these lackluster interactions can be avoided when new customers don’t know their lingo.

The food is ok, and the people at the front taking phone calls and money are good and always confirm my order, but I only recommend picking up because the drivers never follow the instructions, I always ask for them to call so my dog doesn’t bark, and they never do, I always ask for two red sauces with my cheesey bread and they never bring it, they never give you plates napkins and don’t ask while delivering and when you ask they don’t have any, absolutely horrible drivers.

It’s always a winner when we need pizza for a party of 4+. We chose the Combo and Chicken on White sauce this time, and it was perfect! Called in the order, picked it up to be greeted happily by a lovely woman, and filled our stomachs happily for under $40.
