Always gets orders wrong! when i realized that the order is wrong while still in the drive-thru they did everything except ask to remake the order. Today i was explaining to the cashier that the drink i had in my hands was not the drink i asked for bc it wasn’t my order, all she did was tell me how the coffee was made, while i was telling her that was not the coffee i ordered until i gave up and left

I’m there every day. The people that work there are awesome they’re always so nice kind happy they never messed up my order they always have it ready for me which is a plus sometimes I’m in a rush I just want to run in and run out they’re always smiling asking how my day is excetera there’s nothing more I can say about them they’re just awesome great crowd great customer service I’ll do it although I do hate going in sometimes I’d rather go in and go to the drive-thru up the street and get my order wrong almost every time..

If and when I can, I love going to this Dunkin Donut’s. Here’s why, the staff are incredibly nice and eager to help you. It is a very rare chance that they screw up your order. They also get sh*t done in a timely manner… I suggest this location over all others.

This has got to be the all time slowest dunkins donuts. The average about one customer every 6 minutes in the drive through. I could be filing orders from scratch made food in the time this place fills orders. I’ll drive 20 minutes to go to a dunkins not owned by this family if I have to.
