Went in for the first time and and ordered a couple of burgers and fries as well a cheese curds. We enjoyed all of the food. Gentleman at the cash register was friendly and helpful. We went in on a Friday afternoon and ate in the lobby. It wasn’t busy at all food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be returning to try a few more things as well as the custard.

The two women behind the counter were busy arguing with each other in front of me. I stood there and waited as they continued arguing while bagging up my food order. Got to the house and was missing a small order of fries but did not go back to collect the missing item, not worth the drive. The food itself, I consider mediocre.

I have been going to Freddy’s for years. When they opened this location, I was so excited because it’s less than 2 miles from home. I’m not sure why things have changed, but we have had our orders messed up, and our food has been packaged very poorly 3 times in the last 3 months.
The first time, I contacted them to let them know and was compensated…the second time, I tried to submit something to them again, but for some reason, it didn’t work. The third time it happened, I decided it would be the last.

Restrooms were maintained.
Food continues to disappoint. Ordered a hamburger and fries.. the buger was super salty. I was unable to finish the sandwich. The food cook leave much to be desired.

Honestly the worst Freddy’s you could go to. Take the drive and go to a different one. We waited over 15 minutes to be seen as it was empty in there. Food was horrible, had mustard oozing out of the sides of my burger everybite, and it’s so obvious it was already pre packed since the buns were soggy and barely warmed up. Worst part, I should have known since this location has been consistently bad.

I asked for an m&m custard with extra m&m’s. I proceeded to explain that “extra” means extra and I would appreciate a lot of candy. They responded with “careful what you wish for”. These fine gentleman provided me with a vanilla custard containing TWELVE scoops of m&ms. Essentially a cup of m&m’s with a dash of vanilla custard.

I’ve been a huge fan of Freddy’s for many years. I ordered Hot Dog, Fries, Cheese Curds and a Half/Half shake.
The fries are awesome as always, and go graciously with the fry sauce.
The Cheese Curds I dare say got better over the years, beautiful squeaky warm goo-ey center.
The shakes chocolate flavor was unmatched to anything else in the city, and the consistency was perfect.
But for some reason the entree fell completely flat. Rubbery, shriveled, and poorly assembled, and just bad. No where near worth the price.

My husband and I went through the drive-thru shortly before closing, and admittedly, we were a bit slap-happy—cracking jokes and probably not the easiest customers to deal with. Wyatt was an absolute gem; he went along with our silliness, kept the energy light, and made the experience so much fun. His great attitude truly made our night, and on top of that, the food was excellent.
