The staff was super friendly and the drinks were great. And the food blew me out the water better than El jefe and I can’t believe I am saying this better than El Fagon in Des Moines. And the price was right. I and my wife are coming back. ASAP

Great experience! Very good food for a fair price. The salsa (with chips) was mild, and I really could enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. The bathroom is very nicely cleaned. The staff overall was super friendly, as well. If there’s something to change, they could use some extra napkins available on the tables. Today I had the chicken fajitas lunch and it was delicious!

Let me just re cook my food they couldn’t make right the 1st time…. AND the second time.
I specifically asked for burnt, charred, crispy fajitas. Multiple times I specified this.
Came home with the to go order to fajitas that looks like the first picture….. There is absolutely no flavor in these fajitas as well. To top it off.
The chips were extremely stale. I had to reheat those in the air fryer to make them crispy.
I am now in the process of heating up my fajitas in a Teflon bowl to try to mimic what they should have done with the cast iron skillet to get the crispiness.
When I asked my boyfriend to potentially take off some money or maybe give us the second fajitas for free they said no. Also keep in mind we had to take back the original order of fajitas and drive back to the restaurant and take time out of our day for their first initial mistake. Their first initial mistake was not corrected. I came back the second time, looked at the food and said this is not done correctly either. The only thing they offered was an apology.
I think for spending $20 for fajitas, coming back multiple times to try to fix the order something would be done to satisfy the customer. Nothing was comped. We will obviously not be returning here ever again

The only reason the service got a three is because of the language barrier. I asked for four extra tacos and three different people brought me extra tacos. Two brought me four and one brought me an extra two so I ended up with 10 two of them were meals. I felt bad so I wasn’t going to send them back because they were very good. However it cost me way way more than it was supposed to, about 40 bucks more than it was supposed to be.

I moved out of state and, yes, when I came back to visit eating here was on my list of things to do. I was worried, though, that they might not be all that they were when they opened. But boy did they not let me down! Two or three years in and they are still, not just a Mexican Restaurant (which are always good), but remain the best Mexican Restaurant (and I’ve been to many)! And I want to acknowledge them for it.
Of the many, many Mexican Restaurants I enjoy…this is still the best of them all!

Went with a party of 4. Had steak tacos, fajita chimichanga, and shrimp ceviche. Drinks were margaritas and beer. Everything from the time we stepped into ths door to the time we left was superior service and great food and drinks. We love ths ambiance as well and they do have a kid friendly menu as well as authentic Mexican food. Loyal customer here.

Absolutely phenomenal! The art there is gorgeous and one of a kind so we absolutely loved the atmosphere. The burrito spanned the width of my husband’s chest and two of three tacos were enough to fill me. The flavor was out of this world. They got their liquor license today so we were some of the lucky firsts to try their margaritas and it was great! Everything was far above reasonable price as well. What stood out the most though, out of all these amazing things, was the service. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Never a long wait and eager to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
