Our first time in Napoli pizzeria and we enjoyed the pizza! We order a margherita and a bufala pizza. The dough was very light and not chewy, the bufala cheese tasted pretty good! The homemade gelato definitely yummy! Service very friendly and attentive , I recommend this place!

High quality, good value for money, pretty 8/10 gelato (it’s more like ice cream), super solid wood fired pizza. They care about quality and service. Pretty fast order-> consumption timing. Really really cozy candlelit interior. Make a reservation for weekend. $25pp with pizza and gelato. They brought chili flakes on the side; wish they also brought Parmesan. A pizza per person is a good serving size.

SO GOOD. Closest to Italy you can get in the Chapel Hill area. This place is ALWAYS busy so I’d highly recommend making a reservation. They specialize in pizza so that’s what I recommend ordering. They are personal sized so my friend and I got 2 different kinds to share. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. This is a great place for a date night, parents dinner, birthday dinner etc. Its not a huge place so I wouldn’t recommend any huge parties.

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is great. The only thing could be better is the size of the pizza. They are a bit small and I always feel like I could take down another one. It’s definitely not a place to get full easily. The staff is always nice but you should book in advance to stand a chance.

8/2023 update: We finally got around to dining in. Gotta say the gelato dessert was definitely worth it eating in. Pizzas are always delicious. Staff was attentive. Kitchen was busy busy so we did have to wait a bit for our pizzas. Prior review: We did takeout pizza. The moment we put the pizzas in the car the garlicky fragrance was amazing. Pizzas were exactly as we prefer them: thin, toasty crust and amazing toppings. Definitely adding Napoli to our takeout rotation. Staff was attentive the few mins we waited for our pizzas. Even offered us water & gelato samples and we were waiting maybe 3 mins.

Popped into Napoli for the first time Friday evening. Snagged a day-of reservation (which I don’t recommend: BUSY) and slid into a 4-top in their cozy interior dining room.
The outside aesthetic is characteristic of other Carrboro spots in their pristine Main St. The interior had some nice design touches but was simple and seemed all about the food.
We ate the meatball app, the classic pepperoni pizza, the Calabria, and the Merguez. All incredible! A variety of flavors for the table to share seems to be the way to go. Good variety of sauce bases that break away from only a standard marinara. I can’t physically be in proximity to gelato without tasting some so grabbed a dark chocolate waffle cone for the road! Good bar and wine selection but was driving so I didn’t indulge.

Napoli is AMAZING! My favorite location for a date night. The apricot pizza is SO GOOD but you cannot go wrong with anything!! Every server is so kind, I could not reccomend Napoli enough!

Food: top notch pizza with fairly thin crust. The edges are a little thicker. Flavors are on point.
Appetizers- beet arugula salad was really flavorful with a light dressing. Arancinis were delightful and the little peas in the center were a pleasant surprise.
Drinks: good selection of wines and beers.
Atmosphere: super cute little outdoor porch area; with a view of trees. Slightly loud when there’s a lot of people.
