We tried as it opened very recently. Overall I enjoyed it here. Service was good and staff were friendly. I even saw staff giving a refund and apologizing for something to another customer. Not sure, but I appreciated that they are trying their best for being a new business. We had the shakes, my hubby loved, but I didn’t like the flavor of the ice cream too much, it was just super creamy and not as sweet, but still good. All the sauces are amazing, but I wish the ranch was homemade! The sandwich was the best. I got the popcorn chicken, but was really like crispy bits and not a lot of chicken. There is a super long line that is going out the door. The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. My only big complaint is I wish there was some sort of glass or barrier between the line and the shake station because a customer could literally cough or sneeze and that could get into the prep area while standing in line. Hopefully the food will taste even better as they progress.

My wife, my grandson and myself were out for lunch and decided to try Shaquille’s Big Chicken. My wife and gson went for the Original Combo and the both were very happy with their meal. I decided to try the Chicken grilled cheese sandwich meal and was impressed with my choice as well. The location is pretty central in Carson City, the resteraunt itself was really nice and clean and includes a bar. The staff was pleasant and helpful and their prices were about what you would expect. All in all a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Big Chicken to friends and family..

Up from California to Reno, and heading to SLT for a Tahoe Knight Monsters hockey game. Stopped in to try Big Chicken in CC. OMG CC people…people passing through…this place is great! No one was there and it’s huge inside! Full bar, TVs everywhere….food was great, exactly how I thought it should be! The 3 Tender plate is awesome! Total meal and then some! Nothing about the visit was lacking and we can’t wait to stop in again when in CC!

Ordered the Sir Charles, The Jet, Lemon Pepper Wings with perfect crinkle fries. The establishment has a nice Bar area as well. The combination of flavours on the sandwiches were amazing. I will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

This was our first and only time eating here. The building is clean and looks good. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job. But the actual food wasn’t that good. The fries were tough to eat and over salted. The chicken wasn’t anything to remember. It just didn’t taste like anything just bland and oily. I don’t think that’s necessarily on the staff but on corporate pushing a mediocre product. And for $80 it was definitely overpriced for the quality.

One of the newer food spots in town. It’s been open for a few months decided to wait to check this place out without the long lines. Decent chicken place! I ordered the cob salad my family ordered chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and an ultimate chicken sandwich. No complaints! Food was excellent with lots of flavor, portions were huge. I was full halfway through my meal. Definitely will go back and try other menu items. Customer service wasn’t the friendliest. Ordered online went to pick up and they missed half the order. Other than that recommend this place it’s different than the other chicken places .

Food quality has SERIOUSLY gone downhill. The chicken is SO thin now, it’s literally half the size it used to be, but same price. This place was worth it when they first opened. Sad to see another food joint get ppl excited just to change what made them great.
