Wow. Just wow. Jay’s Dumpling Truck is a rare gem serving up delicious dumplings and bao. It’s really the first authentic Chinese food I have had in Maine that is reasonably priced. Good size portion and they gave me a yummy spicy sauce that I added to the broth that the dumplings came in. I ate 15 dumplings and a bao and was nicely full and satiated. Thanks so much to Popo and Jay for being here and serving up such great food!

Waterville finally has a good selection of lunch and dinner options! The trucks vary but there’s always a delicious option. I love that new trucks make appearances and we can support local business owners. The truck owners and staff are wonderful and friendly. The park is meant for a quick meal option so it’s great for on the go. The lot has never been over crowded and it’s really easy to get in and out. Cant recommend this spot enough!!

Went for the first time the other day and grabbed myself a big mac wrap along with fries. It was absolutely delicious and I’d highly recommend coming here any time for a quick bite to eat. The specific food truck I went to was called, “I’d Wrap That.” I will most definitely be taking a day to get a little something from the other food trucks as well because simply the aromas that permeate the area are enough to make you drool.

LOVED THEM! I tried one last week but this week Chevy needed to try more. We will be back to try the rest and get more of what we had! Thank you again for all you Do. This is one of our favorite places. I always offer anywhere to the kids on their pick dinner and single we started coming here it’s always number one choice. We love all the food trucks so much I can’t get them to pick somewhere else. The owner popo is the best amazing woman with so much hospitality. We can’t get enough. Somthing for everyone. The pork and chiveand pork and mushroom are an absolute favorite. We will be back for more to try the rest. And double up our last order.

One a positive note, the Italian Ice truck was excellent and cheep.
Tried the little red snack truck. Loaded fried potato chips were cold, cheese not even melted and all three sliders were cold with no melted cheese on it. Threw it all away and it was expensive.
No tables to sit at a limited trash cans. Just a dirt parking lot.

Would love to see tables rather than the grab and go or eat in your car set up. I like the rotating selection of trucks and that it’s posted on social media what the daily schedule is. There is plenty of easy parking.
