I have been waiting for over an hour and a half for a pizza I pre Paid for. I have been on hold for 35 minutes at their Location Number. I cannot cancel my order because the only line answering is the order line.

Apparently no one likes to answer the phones here. 01/15 Around 8pm My husband and I called trying to get a hold of somebody just to update our delivery information as it didn’t go through on their app. We were trying to get a hold of someone for more than 15 minutes so there’s no confusion for the driver. Someone did answer but no one said nothing after my husband kept saying hello waiting for an answer, but nothing was said on their end. Then they hung up on my husband the last time we had called. Very rude and childish.

I haven’t had papa John’s in a fat minute after a bad experience at a DIFFERENT location. I’m glad I decided to try this location out because my pepperoni pizza was perfect! Such a good looking pie too! The crust was perfect. Good amount of cheese and pepperoni. They got the pizza done really fast and they were very friendly when I get in for carry out. They have good deals online tbh

Careful ordering pickup from this location. Doesnt check the order and one time i didnt check for myself, i get this uncooked pizza—- these are not chickens, its undercooked cheese and flour dough. Seems not that “bad” in picture maybe but when you see it, its definitely noticeable

Disappointed burnt and no clue what’s the deal with the crust on the pizza ! Dry and over cooked but still tastes like undercooked dough! Been on hold 20 mins already and that is way too long to call and complain! I’m call tomorrow this is ridiculous. This is the last time we order for very long time. This was my go too pizza place but no longer!

Arrive 30 minutes late was cold of course or luke warm one pizza is burned and has more crust than pizza. Very dissatisfied and what sad is this isn’t the first time. I tried to call them to see why it was so late and waited on hold about and gave up I’m definitely going to rethink my choice of Papa John’s in the future
