We’ve been going to Thirsty Penguin regularly for a while. We stopped going because it feels like a junk yard. Not as inviting at it used to be. There’s also one young girl that always has a bad attitude. I forget to ask her name.
The last few times we’ve gone specifically for the food truck and they’re never open! We love the food truck, we love the drinks and the kid friendly atmosphere but gosh when did it become a dumping ground?

Nice place! Great service. Slushies for all! Spiked slushies have just the right amount of alcohol. Not too strong and not weak. Very very sweet, but that’s generally how slushies are (in my opinion). Slushies for kids and they even offer pup cups (whip cream with a dog treat). An area outside to play games and hang out. You drive through to place your order and can head home or hang out here.

Drive thru or walk up service. Always friendly and fast. Huge selection of beer, wine, spiked slushies and non-alcohol beverages hot/cold aswell. Our kids love the playground and we love the relaxed atmosphere. We never need to worry when we come here. Safe space for our kids to roam and play.

Went there last night and enjoyed my Texas Peach! My brother in law had the blue raspberry and wasn’t too fond of it. He said maybe it had too much blue sugar syrup? But either way, loved the live music, my drink and the taqueria food truck that was there! Kids had a blast playing on their outside playground. We will definitely return!

My husband and I stopped last night and loved it so much that we stopped by today as well! Everyone we’ve interacted with at The Thirsty Penguin is super nice and friendly. The daiquiris are delicious and come in a range of flavors. Liquid Marijuana is probably my favorite so far. If you’re not in the mood for daiquiris they have a selection of beers and other hard beverages to choose from. They even have beer on tap that you can take home in a growler. Their full menu of daiquiris and beer can be found on their website. Love that we have a place like this so close to home.

I heard of Thirsty Penguin opening and thought it was interesting. I loaded up my kids and the dog and we were on our way. My boys got slush puppies, the dog got a pup cup , and I got myself a much needed adult beverage. Everyone was so happy and the best part was I didn’t have to get out of my car! We will definitely be going back.

Cute little place, extremely convenient. They have slushy machines on one side and fridges of beers and wines on the other, and the whole thing is a drive through so it’s so easy just to slip through on your way by or make a quick stop, and the slushes are tasty tasty.
