I ordered food from here tonight on the Pizza Hut app, they have DoorDash come and pick up my order which is fine but I ordered through the app(pictured below). This is important for later. After $56 I get a completely wrong pizza(pictured below), so I call the store and get met with a really disrespectful and rude woman who tells me they WILL NOT replace my order (I didn’t even want the whole thing replaced just my pizza :/ ) and I have to go through DoorDash even though I ordered through the app? She wasn’t even cordial about it… I myself also work in food and get paid to give people what they ask for no? At least be cordial next time. I have gastrointestinal issues and can’t have a lot of cheese which is why I put the order instructions as such, shows how careless people are to make it the opposite way. Order was received at 8:30pm 11/29.

Any time we come into town, we order ahead and pickup in the drive through. Each trip over the last year has gotten worse and worse. Today, after sitting in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes, I went inside to pick up our only item, which was a large cheese pizza. One person was trying to pay/pickup, another said she’d been waiting over 30 minutes for her order. The guy behind the counter looked confused and everyone working was slow moving. He handed me my pizza, told me the total then just walked away. So after seeing “approved” on the screen and waiting for him to come back, he didn’t so I just left. Everything looked dirty, no one in the dining room seemed happy with their service and when we got home, we noticed half of our pizza was actually burnt. Not sure we’ll go back anymore.

I’ve come in here a couple times and it gets worse every time I come in. The waitress is terrible. The entire restaurant is not well kept and the food looks stale. Avoid this place until they can get new employees that actually care.

Decided to try this place one more time. The website and the door says they are open at 10am. 1 employee rolled in at 10am and the store is not open. Sat in the parking lot for 30 min. Tried to call, they answered and hung up. This place is a joke.

I’ve ordered here many many times and 9/10 times they are on top of it quick delivery at a good price but there has been a time or two when it wasn’t so good once this last summer they didn’t even make my food that I ordered on carry out so I had to wait on them to cook it and this past weekend sheesh I’ll just leave the pic for you to determine I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 were like this still going to give them 4 stars just be more careful

Ordered food for a party. Scheduled it for delivery at 6pm. Called around open to verify everything was setup as technology is not my forta and lady told me we are set for 6pm. 7pm no food call lady says please hold and I can hear them working in the background as they just set the phone down. Sat there for 11 minutes. Before I hung up and recalled now being rejected my calls. Prepaid for food and still can’t get ahold of anyone. Not the 1st time we’ve had issues at this location. 1 star is being generous.

Just ordered delivery from this location in which the order included a personal pan cheese pizza. The personal pan arrived with an entire slice missing.
As this particular location has been consistently lackluster both in terms of food quality and overall service: I will no longer be purchasing anything from this specific Pizza Hut.
As far as I’m concerned, between the nearby Papa John’s, Pizza King, and other readily available pizza resturants that are nearby: this specific Pizza Hut location is expendable.
I do not recommend this location.
