Super cold in restaurant and empty, no customers. I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with fries. Hostess only had my order and I received 3 pieces with a tiny piece that is smaller than a chicken nugget. Did she not think I would notice?

Apparently, a club wrap that is supposed to include turkey, ham, and bacon instead is turkey ham and bacon. What a joke. Eat anywhere else but here. Garbage. Update: the “Chef” verified that they were out of turkey. Eat a candy bar folks before you ever consider this place.

Much better than a 3.1. Restaurant is small and was a bit cold on this day due to blowing A/C. The menu is what you would expect from an American restaurant. The staff were professional and friendly. The food was presented well and tasted great. On par with an Outback Steakhouse.

I could of went some place else if I had know how rude the waitress was. I came in to order for my family because we were in a rush to get to an appointment and she asked if I wanted something to drink. I said water. She went and poured water witht no ice and let it sit there. Then she started to fill the straw container. Then went to prepare for a to go order. Now about 5 minutes gone. Then someone else came in and she rushed over there to ask if he was ready to order. That is when I asked can I order? She snapped at me to give her a minute. I said I have been here a while. She snapped again, No You Haven’t! My water still sitting there. She then took the other person’s order and mine leaving the menue on the table
and asked the other person if he wanted ice, but not us.
When the food came she said one more omelet was coming. I said I didn’t oder 1 more, but I ordered a side of scrambled egg. She snapped again again that it was coming. We got it and kept waiting until she finally bought us silverware to eat with. Never came back to see if we wated ketchup. more water or if everything was ok.
In fact, the order was wrong but we didn’t want to have anymore interaction with her.
We put the credit card out for the check which didn’t come
She did go to the other person who was at the counter and gave him the check. We waited and waited untillwe all got up and went to her because our ride was waiting outside. Of course, the other person was already gone. I can go to a lot of places to eat and probably never find someone as rude as her again. I don’t need to pay for that. Definitely nor kid friendly.

We had the included breakfast from our Holiday Inn stay. Everything was going great. I asked him the rules of the provided breakfast and he said 1 menu item and 1 drink. That was fair.

But then, a Spanish couple who seemed a little more high class sat next to us. They also had the included breakfast (I know because we all have green passes and need to show the waiter). They spoke in Spanish with the waiter and got 1 item, a drink, AND SIDES like bacon, toast, or whatever they asked for EXTRA. Also, the waiter was giving them more attention and more priority than us. For example, asking them how the food was and but asking us where I don’t care that he didn’t ask. It’s just the feeling of not being treated equal.

I think they should put a sign saying, “if you speak Spanish and/or look rich, you will get better service”.

Edit: Just found out it was the manager who did this! Wow.

Bad management and the morning server is not happy to be there. When you walk in, no one acknowledges you, and there is no sign if you should wait to be seated or find an open table. Don’t bring the coffee you get from the lobby it is considered outside drink. I was given an attitude and was handled poorly when I had the coffee I got from the lobby.

Bar is nice. Jesus is excellent and enjoyed a nice beverage after checking in. Unfortunately, the management here has recently decided this hotel “restaurant” is now just a bar. A Holiday Inn hotel that doesn’t serve any kind of breakfast at all let alone has no evening menu isn’t a “bistro” or “grill” at the Holiday Inn.

Abysmal service. Been in the place for over an hour and still don’t have my food! 20 minutes to get a menu, then another 10 to order. I have had 2 different plates of food brought out to me that were not mine! Unorganized! Seems like they can only handle one order at a time.

Server was super polite, and helpful. Food was perfect; good taste and quick! I come in when im near the area, never actually stayed at the hotel itself, but front desk staff is very friendly too and it looks nice. =) definitely a 5 star visit thanks to all the staff.

This Holiday Inn has a nice little full bar with a happy hour. Front desk wonʼt tell you when checking in.
