I had such a great experience at Leo’s Coney Island! The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly, but what really made the visit special was the amazing service from Izzy. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. Izzy checked in on us often, had a positive attitude, and made us feel really welcome. It’s not every day you get service that genuinely makes your meal better, but she definitely did. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Izzy is working next time!

Waited 30 minutes past the ready time on a to go order, and they didn’t even give me all my food. Calling you out specifically, Carly “manager” on duty. Then the owners never returned my call for a refund. This isn’t the first screw up from them, but it’ll be the last time I waste my money there. Don’t bother with this place, there are plenty others that are much better.

I went in to eat breakfast here this morning and had to move to 4 different booths because every table seat and underneath table were horribly dirty. And so was the 4th one. Was over it. Ordered a coke to drink and was flat as a pancake and I sat there for 20 min waiting for the 16 year old waitress to take our order and still didnt come so I walked up front to the register and said let me pay for my flat pop. This place is filthy
The maybe 20 year old at the register said sorry have a good day. Wow so disappointed and will never step foot in there again.

We usually eat at this Leo’s Coney Island at least once a week and have always enjoyed it, but today marks the third time this year we’ve had a bad experience here. Normally, you can expect to spend about 30 minutes from the time you sit down to when you leave. This time, hoping for a quick dinner, we ended up spending a frustrating 1 hour and 15 minutes.
When we walked in, most of the tables were still dirty. I gave them a pass on that at first, figuring they had just gone through a rush, but traffic seemed pretty normal by the time we were seated. After the waitress took our order, we waited around 40 minutes for our food. During that entire time, they never stopped by to check on us or see if we needed drink refills. When the food finally arrived, both our fries were cold, and the chicken pita and chicken sandwich tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.
We asked for fresh fries, which surprisingly came out fairly quickly, but the overall experience had already gone downhill. What really confused me was seeing two other tables arrive, get their food, and even pay their bill before we had finished eating. Not sure what happened tonight, but it was disappointing, especially from a place we’ve been loyal to for so long.

Like a $14 medium salad once you sub gluten free chicken and this is how much chicken they give you.. what is that like one chicken strip? Side of fries is cold and portion is also like a handful. They used to give them to you in the bigger container. Between this and receiving the wrong order last time, super annoyed.

Almost 30.00 for a large salad, 2 coney dogs, and fries. Charged almost 5.00 extra because I wanted chicken on the salad…. 5 bucks, for real?! Get home a find out they didn’t put the fries in the bag, shame on me for not checking… just what I wanted to do after a 2 hour drive home in rush hour traffic is to have to get back in the car and go back to get the rest of my order… so much for getting carry out to save time. Add insult to injury and the fries are WAY over done. Not even a difficult order… all be it over priced.
Edit: I called the store on Tuesday and left my name and number as the owner requested. As of today, Friday, have received no response. Not sure owner even got the message, as the girl I spoke to acted like she didn’t know who jim was. Very disappointed, ad my wife and I would regularly visit this location.
