I ordered a cheese pizza from this location for my grandson last week the SAME cheese Pizza we have ordered from other Domino’s for years. My husband picked it up & it had absolutely NO sauce on it, just cheese & bread. My grandson had 2 slices that he had eaten off of before he paid attention to it. I called the next day & spoke to someone who said they were the manager I gave her my receipt number & she located my order. My order was done online & it CLEARLY states sauce and cheese like any other normal cheese pizza. I got the run around for about 10mins. After wasting my time, she advised me to call back after 2pm to speak to the general manager Ashley, I called back & the wouldn’t even answer the phone! They are already starting out on the wrong foot! I would not recommend! Very poor customer service!

I make an online order and wait for it to say it’s done come get it, I get there and they haven’t even started it on it yet and when I walked in the two women staring at me like what do I want. So I have to sit there and wait for them to make my whole order but they made each item all individually so by the time the last item was done the first item was cold… they didn’t cut the pizza so when I tried pulling it apart it just ripped and it’s so burnt I literally threw it out

My sister ordered on the app!!! The original wait time was 14 to 29 minutes. We did not get our pizzas until an hour had passed but we assumed that maybe they just didn’t have a lot of delivery drivers so we didn’t mind. When we finally got our pizzas two out of three were incorrectly made all three pizzas were cold. We tried to call up there twice, the first time no one bothered to answer and the second time after almost ten minutes someone answered and then put us on hold. I’m not usually a complainer but good grief.

They started out good but have devolved to be just as bad as the North Parkway location. I ordered online today and my husband went after work to pick up the order. He got there and paid, but there was no order for him to pick up because the delivery driver took it for some inexplicable reason. My husband had to wait for them to make the order again. Last time we ordered, they left one item off a pizza and didn’t include our dipping cup, so he had to go back to get that sorted. We won’t be back.

My kids do sports and work late so we are usually rushed to get food on the way homeat night. I did an online order with the Domino’s down the road from my house since we had not tried it. Got there and it was already ready without having been the full time. Trinity had great customer service at the window and we were on our way very quickly. Thanks for the great service!

Walked in Late one night because I was hankerin for some pizza, walked in on one lady making the whole store, a one Miss trinity, and as she worked me and her got to talkin and it was such a breath of fresh air. Hell she even Swinged me into Orderin a Stuff crust, one of the best experiences I have had in a while, I’ll definitely be back!

I’ll start out by saying they did have a mixup with my online order but when I called, they were extremely professional and worked hard to make it right. It looks like there’s something happening because of the online system, but the manager who is working tonight was doing his best to make everything work.

I ordered 2 pizzas, loaded tater tots, and Mac n cheese online. The order was ready on time, only problem was it was just one pizza. So I waited for them to make it from scratch while my other food got cold. When I got home I realized the mac n cheese was actually some kind of burnt cheese dip. So I went all the way back. Waited for them to make the mac n cheese. When I got home, the mac n cheese had one cheese, not 5. It was overcooked and dry. I don’t understand how bad this visit could be because the week before, everything was perfect. There was one white female the previous time and it was great. This time she wasn’t there and two different people couldn’t get right, what she got right by herself.

I was up there when they made my food they do not where gloves while making your food they were touching there clothes and face and then putting there hands on the food I told the manager what I saw and I asked them to were gloves and she said we don’t were gloves here she never ask them to wash there hand either while I wait 20 minutes for my food I have a restaurant of my own and we are required to where gloves and wash our hands in the state of Tennessee … We as customers do not want them touching our food without washing there hands and without wearing gloves I will be calling the health department about this and it was very dirty on the floor and counter they are not cleaning up and wiping down sanitize there area because while I where there I never seen know one do that either and when you come from outside to inside of the building you supposed to wash your hand each time you come into the building they didn’t wash there hands at all they walked right into the kitchen area and started touching food and then i saw them go from the cash register ringing up people food and taking their money and they never went to go wash their hands. They went right into the kitchen and started o touching food and not washing there hand
