Absolutely disgusted right now. Ordered some wings and bit into a bloody wing. Not only was the chicken bloody I called up to the store and talked to the store manager and she “Rita” said it is supposed to look like that…….seriously…..to the bone RED. No ma’am that is blood. Not only did she just try to make excuses she didn’t even apologize. I’m over here sick to my stomach throwing up and all I’m told is chicken is supposed to look like this.

First time at this KFC location. The KFC in Farmington has permanently closed. I had my heart set on KFC so I made the 5 mile trip to this one. Waited 20 – 25 minutes for chicken to be ready for my takeout order. The buffet was almost empty. Two seniors came in while I was waiting and ordered the buffet. Almost 33 dollars! That’s ridiculous! $14.99 a person, no senior discount. I talked to the man a little and he told me the KFC in Potosi, Missouri closed the doors too. It won’t be long until this one closes too. Won’t matter to me, I won’t be back at this one. Way better choices in Farmington.

This place needs to be shutdown. Place was filthy and girl at register was so rude and nasty. Cold food had large piece of plexiglass covering food. Everyone touching it and sliding back and forth. Hard to get to food. No fried chicken on buffet and had to wait. Dried nasty food all over buffet trays. Staff standing around talking and not even trying to clean. Had to sit st dirty table and clean it our self. Won’t go back. So sad to see this. This place used to be our favorite.

$35.00 for 8 piece chicken so darn greasy 4 biscuits hard as a rock definitely day old slaw was good potatoes cold with no gravy 25 miles to home before you find this out the place was filthy why we decided to take it to go for 2 seniors on social security this place and service was a disgrace

Came here to pick up an online order and was told it would be an additional hour to get what we ordered, and was asked to change what we had ordered. Not very clean inside and outside. Staff was friendly on the bright side, but likely understaffed.

They need to keep the food hot and the food looks dry they don’t stirr the food not enough on the food bar.and if you ask to fill any thing all they say is ok. It looked to be there all day with out stirring and the biscuit were hard.put water under the the steam table and for the workers to more friendly and take care of the food better it use to be one of the places we took our family’s to and enjoy the food .it need to be cleaner and and some one to tackle care of the food bar.tcause the biscuit were set there to long and the was only 2 in the container and their were 6 people in line they need to check on the bar more ofton.not good.we had been un there at different times and it has been the same every time.
