Customer Service is top notch!
I called ahead for seating because we were coming in with a big party. I was perfectly fine waiting because it was a party of 14. But when we arrived a group tables were together and they label the tables as reserved for us!
The food was delicious. Wish I had taken more pics.
Going to have to go back on a day that’s not on a Sunday to try the pizza!!

Lunch was simply wonderful. Classic linguine and clams along with sausage and baby portabella mushrooms in a delicate pink sauce. Oh, all the pasta is home made! Limoncello cake to finish the meal. Nice portion. Great service. Great selection of Italian speciality food items also stocked. Glad I found this Little Italy in New Bern.

My husband and I stopped here during a short trip to New Bern for a wedding and immediately walking in we had a great experience, the bartender (I so wish I remembered his name so I could mention it) took care of us right away and made 2 of the best drinks we’ve ever had, Bloody Mary and expresso martini 10/10. Also met the manager who was also so nice. Food was also 10/10, we got the Alfredo and Stromboli. Honestly the stop here was our favorite part of our mini vaca, couldn’t say more great things!!

We came in the day before and got fresh bagels and cream cheese as a snack. And saw all their other items they make their own pizza and their own deli sandwiches of course they have their own deli meats you can purchase so we decided to come back the next day for lunch and had really awesome Italian sandwiches. And of course got more Bagels to take home I really wish I could have brought home their their deli meats. My husband had a bloody Mary and we absolutely enjoyed talking to the bartender there. We wish they were nearby where we lived. Please go and eat at this place before you leave New Bern you will not be disappointed

Good pizza and salad. The crust and bread tasted great. The atmosphere and lighting was too bright, as it felt kind of like a strip mall place, and we had to ask for paper plates, forks, etc. several times. Overall the food was good, but prices were too high for the atmosphere. Some table service and ambience could go a long way here.

I went to new Bern recently and stumbled upon Gemelli! It was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We went for both lunch and breakfast it was so good! I got an Italian sandwich the first time and then a lox bagel the second! Both were delicious!

It’s hard to say something about the service. You order at the counter, they give you a number and someone bring out you meals. I got the Personal Stromboli. The Stromboli was bigger than I expected. My meal was very tasty and the sauce was delicious. My wife got the Eggplant Parm with home made pasta. I am not a pasta expert, but I couldn’t tell that the pasta was freshly homemade. The Eggplant Parm was healthy portion and delicious. I saw a pizza come out and it looked fantastic.

We stopped by here before the parade today to grab a hot chocolate. The bartender greeted us and the staff was welcoming. The price after tax was $6.11 for one small cup of hot chocolate and it was only 2/3rds full when we received it. They have a machine that uses a pouch to make it. We also stood there for a while waiting for the hot chocolate, which had been ready, but staff had forgotten about it. We understand mistakes happen and would’ve been fine with forgetfulness had we felt that what we received was worth the price, but it was nowhere near that.

Nice a little addition to the New Bern food scene. Reminded me of the delis I’d been in NY except more spacious and has parking. My hubby who’s momma was a full blooded Italian raved about their marinara sauce in the eggplants parnesan appetizer. Tasted like his mom’s. Their Sicilian pizza is hearty and flavorful. Big selection of Italian desserts, cookies and dry goods. Next time, we’ll sit on the bar and try their mussels and calamari.
