On this BK I suggest ordering the Double bacon Jr cheese burger +1 extra patty+$1,+extra cheese +$0.3, + FLAME GRILLED $free. Comes to about $6. Wow so good when actually flame GRILLED. The bun to meat/protein ratio is perfect and so delicious WHEN FLAME GRILLED.
Today, I ordered a Double Whopper via the drive-thru, only to discover upon driving away that it was a single patty burger. Upon returning to rectify the order, the situation was handled unprofessionally; after the initial employee went to prepare a replacement, another approached the window to retrieve the incorrect sandwich, creating an unnecessary and awkward exchange. The replacement sandwich I received was lukewarm and featured a stale, hard bun.
To put it plainly, the lack of attention to detail in fulfilling orders, coupled with the substandard food quality and unprofessional conduct, reflects poorly on your brand.
