The cashier was rude. They did not put lemon pepper on my food, even though I paid for it! When I asked the girl if they did, she said ” yeah” with a attitude. Then I told her that she forgot my small order of fries and she had a attitude about that! Then she gave me an extremely small fry.($3 I paid by the way). She was so focused on sitting back down and being on her phone!! Very unprofessional and horrible service! $23 on food that wasn’t good. I’m at home remaking the food! I will not be back. I want a refund, seriously.

Do not go to this place. I was served old Chicken that had been sitting out. The Chicken was dry and cold. The coleslaw was runny and old. The only thing they cook fresh was the unseasoned and tasteless cod. This is the second time I’ve been there and the second time I’ve been disappointed. I will never return and the staff is unfriendly.

I’m truly frustrated with my experience here. The staff was completely distracted, video calling and ignoring me while I asked questions. The entire situation felt disorganized, and it seemed like they had no regard for the customers. Given the prices they charge, you would think you would receive at least a basic level of attention and professionalism, but this establishment failed to deliver. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend finding a place that genuinely appreciates your time.

The food was satisfactory, but the staff’s demeanor today was exceedingly poor. The lady operating the register appeared impatient, seemingly expecting orders to be placed within her timeframe. Despite the store being empty, with only my father-in-law, the children, and myself present, she displayed irritation and remarked that she had allocated sufficient time for us to decide on our orders. Her behavior gave the impression that her shift was ending or that we were inconveniencing her. Initially, it seemed that she was the sole staff member, handling all tasks, until another young lady and a gentleman emerged from the back area approximately 10-15 minutes later to assist her.

Great take out order for a large party. Very accommodating and freshly made. Food was still steaming hot after we brought it the party, and still had that crunch. The lady on the phone assured me they can handle larger party orders, and the manager made sure everything was beyond our expectations. Above that, everyone at the party had great things to say about the food, which is what you always want at a party! We will def be placing an order for our next event, as will a few others from our party.
