The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but most importantly the sandwich was absolutely amazing! I like sandwiches a lot and eat them at many different places and locations and the Hook and Ladder sub I had here is very possibly in the running for the best sandwich I have had all year. It was practically a work of art. The proportions of meat, veggies and condiments was dead on so every single bite tasted amazing! I even went up to the counter and told them this before I left. It’s hours later and I’m still thinking of that sandwich!

I placed a delivery order and tried to contact the store for special instructions (as directed)
3 calls and no answer, yet they confirmed the order and started preparing it.
DD finally canceled it for me because the store wouldn’t even answer the phone for them either. The store took a loss, good job management. You prepared an order that you ultimately had to waste because you didn’t want to answer the phone.

Ridiculous – service is awful. So sad because the sub was not bad. Not great but edible. Service was a joke. They actually said they were not taking any orders at the time. But that was after I had ordered and paid so… There was no obvious reason why staff was “behind” or did not want to serve diners

I got a Club on a Sub. the place has really nice interior, and staff that are really welcoming. The food is a little expensive but it’s worth it. the Mac and cheese can be better.

The men are handsome first thing!! Who make the sandwiches ..are they firemen!!! Mmm ..anyway the meatballs on the subs are tasty fresh and delicious.. I will be returning.. they even have outdoor seating I think.. cannot remember but check them out!!

When I went inside the lady who was making the sandwiches was rude. Then I went to the cashier and her customer service was slightly better. Then later around when my food was almost ready a man came on the sandwich line and his demeanor wasn’t much better. I got my sandwich after praying immensely while they made it because they just didn’t seem on the up and up AT ALL… Then, when I got home I bit into my sandwich to find a rubber band in it… I’m sure others had great experiences but this was horrible… You can’t make this ish up smh & it’s embarrassing because I’m black and they’re black. PLEASE show love y’all even if it gets stressful… I know it’s called fast food, but customers deserve great service and fast food not just fast food. PLEASE WATCH THEM MAKE Y’ALL FOOD for all of those who are tall, and shorties get someone tall to watch them make your food for you. This would be no stars if this wasn’t free and if they hadn’t at least attempted to try a little harder in customer service towards the end..

Walked in grabbed my order on the counter filled up my drink checked the bag to ensure everything was in the bag, the cookie wasn’t in the bag. So I grabbed one, showed the girl working she said ok. The short dude must be the manager, he projects his voice as I’m leaving and says there should be one in the bag, if it’s not your good to go. Clearly there wasn’t so I grabbed one. How about you check all orders before a customer picks up the order to ensure accuracy. Do better! I won’t be back.

Picking up an order and the lady making the sub literally rang out a rag with her gloves on, wiped off the counter, picked up the sandwich and its topping with the same gloves, pulled up her pants and with the same gloves and proceeded to bag the order.., eww

The price!!!!!!! 20 dollars for a sub, a small bag of chips and a small drink! Do you mix gold powder into the food to justify this? I will NEVER come back here. I can have a decent meal at a real restaurant including tips for that. Capitalism at it’s best. Why do people support this rip off???? Guys, if you keep going to these places, nothing is ever going to change and don’t complain about inflation! It’s YOUR fault by feeding these greedy companies.
