I have tried both Washington and Brentwood locations and I’ve been impressed by both. If you are a fan of hard hitting espresso, go here. I usually cant get away from Starbucks as to me everything else isnt strong enough. Until I went here. I now drive 10 minutes out of my way when I go to the office just to stop here….passing by multiple Starbucks. Added bonus, they have multiple house made syrups and they are fast. The breakfast burrito is also good!

I, shockingly, had never tried Exit 11 before. I only live 8 minutes away, so it was a no-brainer to at least give it one shot.
This is similar to a 7 Brew (no inside, drive-through only, flavored selection of coffees and energy drinks). I am not huge on coffee (I crave it some days, today was not one of those days), so I got one of their “Rave Energy Teas”.
The flavor was called Shipwreck and had notes of mango, coconut and cream. It was decently good, maybe a bit too sweet, but very similar to a 7 Brew drink. The staff were friendly enough and the price was affordable, so I’d possibly come back.

Love this coffee place and the coffee itself! Sometimes the staff can be too quick. For instance, I was not able to order my drink the way I wanted to earlier this morning. I wanted to order it with an extra espresso shot, but the lady took the order so quickly that my husband never got a chance to say exactly how we wanted it, so we just took it the way it came. Sometimes the staff is too quick. There wasn’t even a car behind us. Sometimes it would be helpful if they took a breath and listened. Otherwise has always been fantastic!

I love this little coffee hut! I’ve been coming for many years and no complaints! They are consistent and the espresso is perfect every time. The women are always extremely friendly and they help me get excited to start the work day. The design is perfect for the flow of traffic and they get through the line so quickly. I’ll be a customer for life!

This has become my morning go to for the past month on my way to work! The workers are extremely friendly and helpful despite me not remembering the name of what I order. Snow, rain or ice they are open and they always are friendly no matter how bad the weather! The coffee is always perfection in a cup! Best way to start the day!

I usually drive 30 minutes just to come to this coffee shop, but after today, I will no longer be returning. The woman with dark red hair in a bun who took my order was extremely rude, and it felt like she was being forced to serve me. Every time she takes my order, she gives me attitude, but today was the worst.
I ordered a sugar cookie latte with oat milk and mentioned that I’m lactose intolerant. Instead of helping, she laughed at me. Very unprofessional and completely unnecessary.
I’ve always enjoyed this place, but the customer service I experienced today was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because customers especially regulars deserve to be treated with respect.

This place is so cute!! Finally gave it a try today after reading so many good reviews. My latte was delicious as well as the breakfast burrito. If it’s Starbucks or this place- Exit 11 will win every time. Similar prices- but the quality is SO MUCH BETTER! Also, super kind employees too, and quick service.
