Good subs with fresh ingredients. I’ve had the #7 turkey breast and provolone on white, and the #13 original Italian. The sandwiches were good and made to order. There was not much wait and the staff gave us pickles on the side. Overall, I was satisfied with everything until the very end when I was paying, the staff asked me to answer a question on the credit card machine. It asked if I wanted to tip. At a sit down restaurant where servers come to your table, this might be acceptable, but I just ordered at the counter and took my sandwiches to go. It was a little off-putting. In general though, good sandwiches.

I placed an order using uber. I ordered 3 subs. 1 was correct& the other 2 the toppings weren’t correct on either of them. As someone who works in fast food, this is unacceptable. Never ordering from here again. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

I got a mailer saying there was new ownership and had some coupons. I had it delivered as using the app today got free delivery. I was blown away by the size of the sandwich, it was packed with meat and just so very good! In the past I’ve ordered subs and was often disappointed, not feeling like I got value for the cost. If this is any indication of how the new ownership will run, I will be a frequent repeat customer. Thank you for a wonderful experience, just a great meal!

This is my first bad review about this place. The 2 young ladies were very unhappy and the man wasn’t any better. They mix the sandwiches up ( wrong bread and meat) I always get #8 with bacon, all the bacon was under cook and rubbery. So no bacon:(

I have been to this location several times. My first experience was not very pleasant. However I visited a couple more times including today. I walked in notice it was just 1 employee named D. Taylor who was working, no other employees showed up due to an emergency. When I say this gentleman had the store spotless, he had the online/call in orders ready for pick up and worked on my order with a smile. Our sandwiches were made to perfection and right. Mr. Taylor was amazing and customer service was top notch. Thank you Mr. Taylor!

I had to come and compare the service from this location to the new one, which is one mile from me on Rocky River Rd. We’ll, the verdict is that I will drive 5 mile away from my home to get the same food. I’m bad with name’s but the gentleman that was there this morning was multitasking and did an awesome job. You got to be detailed, with your ingredients. Don’t be shy, just say exactly what you want or take away this. Instead, add this. A little oil or no oil. I don’t like the vinager, so when i ask for oil, I have to say, no vinager. I hope this helps.

If a customer orders finely chopped up chicken, on her chicken cheese steak because she has surgery on her mouth. Then she says, make the chicken chopped up so fine, an infant can eat, just please follow the instructions. I throw the sandwich in the trash because i couldnt chew it. The chicken was not chopped up at all. My son, picked it up. I never had to complain about this. All I know is, a man make it..Dang it, Dang it, Gosh Dang it.
In the past, a female made all of my chicken cheese steaks. Now, You Know! Happy New Year Everybody
