Food was cold I told the lady that was serving us.i told her I didn’t want more food I even told a another gal to tell them I don’t want more food 6 minutes later they here comes food I said I didn’t want it the the manager says well, this is the second plate that I brought to you. So you are going to pay for it. I said, I told you I didn’t want no more foodshe say I can bring your other plate that you sent back and you can take that home if you want what. I was not rude to her and tell this little peep.Squeak jumped up out of the table and says that’s no way of talking to her dude, sit back down, I asked theLady what does I do not want another plate or I don’t want no more food mean to her. Fajitas were not good. Burnt and grossly over seasoned. Kids nachos were shredded chease melted onto chips and cold when recieved. Food alone rules out returning.

My personal favorite place for Mexican food. Prices are very fair, service is always great and the food is plentiful and so tasty! I highly recommend if coming on Friday or Saturday, come early before the dinner rush or you may have to wait a long time.

A little busy for a Sunday at 5:30. A big party with 10 people slowed production of food. Waitress was nice but we seldom saw her. Took around 30 mins to get a kids cheese quesadilla out. Portions were very nice, and taste was good. I feel they over cooked my Chimichanga as it tasted a little burnt, but other than that was good.

Guadalajara Heights has potential but fell short during my visit. The lack of air conditioning made the restaurant uncomfortably warm. Service was a major issue; despite repeated requests, we didn’t get water until the end of our meal, and our server never checked back to see if we wanted dessert. We had to find the hostess to pay our bill because our server was outside smoking (for a long time). On the positive side, the food was decent, and the margarita was satisfactory. With improvements in service and comfort, this place could be much better.
