I really wish I got the name of the manager and the other girl that worked today, literally the best customer service I have ever received. They brought out samples to try sauces, we’re extremely polite, and even gave me and my wife a freebie to try! The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount you get, the sauces are flavorful and the workers are honest with flavor profiles and and spice level. Everything was made fresh. If I could give more props to this location I would, I will definitely be a regular.

Called and ordered our food at 1 pm to pick up at 5:30 before the Auburn/Alabama game. Arrived at 5:20 to the restaurant. Didn’t receive food until 6:10. Every other pickup ordered was filled before ours even though we called in 4 1/2 hours early. Restaurant servers were dressed inappropriately. Wings were not coated in sauce just drizzled over after being cooked. I tipped at time of payment when I entered. I wish I hadn’t tipped. I will not be returning.

A month or so ago, would have gotten a strong 4 to 5 star rating, however quality of food has dramatically dropped each time I have visited. Most everything was salad to the hilt. Quantity is also an issue since my first visit. Hopefully they can figure it out

Just walked in at 632pm. Sign says they close at 8pm. Plenty of people inside, seated and eating. They tell me and others, coming in to eat, that they are closed. What gives?!!! Very unprofessional and your business won’t last long, just because the help want to go home early. I eat here frequently, at lunch. Guess I’ll rethink that option. Plenty of other friendly restaurants that will gladly take my money.

We always eat at the south side location but we were on the north side shopping so we decided to go there. When we arrived, a small spider was crawling on the table as we were seated. I over looked it and just killed it myself. We ordered our food. My order was wrong. My side was never brought out so I just canceled it. My wings were wrong. I asked for Cajun fries and was brought out plain waffle fries. The waitress apologized at the end of the meal stating “sorry for your dining experience.” But did nothing to try and correct it. Overall experience was very poor. Will not return.
