Sandwich (BLT) with extra stuff. Tasted great. Bread was fresh. Very good. Experienced person was busy but respectful & training another at the same time. Obviously doing her multi-tasking job with efficiency. Marion OH Subway 11768-0, 571 Delaware Ave

My mother who has recently been diagnosed with cancer wanted subway so we went inside to eat since we had an hour drive after getting her pet scan. It took forever for the old lady with white/ blonde hair to make 2 sandwiches for the customer in front of us… then she stared making ours and it was horrendous watching her make food as slow as she did. Oh top of that she apparently sliced her finger on the tomato slicer and did not have a bandaid on but wrapped it in a napkin and put a see through flimsy plastic glove on. EWE! My mother lost her appetite and did not eat much of her sub. As someone who is manager serve safe certified and has worked in the food industry for over 20 years…. this was unsettling and disgusting to experience. Please do better.

The quality control here is horrible!
Sometimes I order food here 3 times a week since I work nearby & love getting a healthy lunch.
Unfortunately, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s nasty.
The woman with the “manager” tag on with dark hair…she really needs retrained on how to deal with customers. Rude, no manners, I have came in and heard her trash talking other employees. Some of the good employees I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with for the past couple years has apparently been ran off from this location.
Sadly, this place has potential with its location but, many people I’ve talked to has said the same thing that you never know what quality you will get.
The veggies here are usually pretty good but if you order online it seems you get such crap food. They plop the meat all on one side, dump 10 onions in one place and the rest is empty?! Makes no sense!
And if you put a request on the online order they are too lazy to read it and you have to go to the counter after picking up your food to ask them for the side of sauce that you requested in the request box online.
What’s the point? I’ve asked for it to be cut into 3, never done.
There is no other way to special request things and I don’t always have time to wait in line.
Do better y’all …people are paying you for a service. Your not doing it for free or to be nice.

My son dropped his 6″ subway sub sandwich in the parking lot as soon as we walked out the door. Out the wrapper all over the ground. It was a simple steak lettuce mayo sub. I came in, throwing the bread and remanants away in front of staff. The sub maker called her manager to see if she could remake it for us free of charge. He/ she said I would have to pay for another one, which I had got on a coupon deal, because it was dropped outside the store. Clearly I wasn’t trying to get any free items as I had thrown his whole sub out which was my sons dinner who is 7, and was present. I didn’t feel like paying again for such a simple sub so I politely left. I was given poor customer service and was treated as a transaction and not a mom feeding her kid. Management probably counts every pickle in the store too with that mentality. We won’t be back. I want nothing from Subway but to voice my experience and how I was treated by management.

Love the new subs! I would reccomend trying the rotisserie chicken on Italian herbs and cheese! Also the raspberry cheesecake cookies are delicious.

I have worked the food industry, and I understand getting busy. But why online order and then wait over 20 minutes past pickup time because of a line inside? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of online ordering?
Food was ICE cold. Bread was hard from like a freezer

If you have a call in order and the inside of the store is busy, you can still expect to wait. This defeats the purpose of calling ahead or ordering door dash. The employees feel the need to clear the inside of the store before preparing call ahead orders. This is not the proper order of preparing the food. If you are a walk in and there are called in orders, then you should expect a wait, not the other way around. Management needs to reevaluate their process!

First off, I want to say that I don’t blame the worker she was obviously new and had zero training. I am mad at the lack of training from the manager, Crystal, who was the manager on duty during my purchase. The lady making my footlong Flatbread first made the sandwich the wrong way; what I mean by that is that she was putting toppings across the width of the sub not the length. The manager did tell her that it was wrong and she corrected her mistake. Then when it came to folding and wrapping my sub she proceeded to try and roll it like a burrito; she then wrapped 3 wrappers around the sub so it wouldn’t spill out. She also rang it up as a Ham wrap and not a footlong Flatbread. I have incredibly low standards but this is the worst leadership and effort I’ve ever seen by a manager. Again I want to say that I have no anger towards the worker this is 99% on the management.
