First time at this Pizza Hut location. Nice lobby, very clean. Fast service with mobile order through the app.
Loved the new Flatbread Pizza’s. Very easy to modify the toppings in the app. The Pesto Drizzle topping is back and so delicious on the Flatbread pizza. The pizza is larger and tastier than the personal pan pizza!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My family ordered $60+ from this location last night. We ordered at 5:15pm and said order would arrive between 5:45-6pm. At 6:30pm our pizza still had not arrived and there was NO update on the tracking. I called and was placed on hold for an additional 20 mins to then be hung up on. I called back and the same employee who put me on hold then hung up on me said “I thought a manager spoke with you and you got your pizza”, I would not be calling back upset if I had received it. I was placed on an additional 10 mins wait to then speak with a “manager” who I don’t even think was the manager but he didn’t even offer an apologize, just that he ‘understood’ I was upset. While speaking with the ‘manager’ our pizza arrived. TWO HOURS LATER. I have worked in customer service before and I always lean on the side of understanding because stuff happens. I have a strong feeling they forgot to prepare my order, I called, they placed me on hold, hurried and made my order then hung up on me when they pizza was sent out thinking that would remedy it. That’s FINE if they messed up but admit you messed up and apologize, DO NOT HANG UP on your customers then pretend you aren’t aware of what happened. Its that simple. This entire thing was handle so extremely poorly and it sucks because we order from here often. We will have to explore other pizza options in the area! DO BETTER!

Everything about this store is just pathetic. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come acknowledge me, my pizza was already done and paid for so all they had to do was hand it to to. I watched the manager walking back and forth in the back of the kitchen, trying to appear busy instead of actually helping the team. Someone was also calling in, no one answered the phone and one of the employees verbally said out loud “ugh, stop calling us” instead of picking up the phone.
Pizza was your average Hut pizza.

In two situations this Pizza Hut has completely dropped the ball for us. First situation was the day we attended my aunts funeral & got home later so I just wanted an easy dinner for my children and I. I ordered a pizza and over an hour later I called for an update since I wasn’t receiving them. Apparently my pizza was delivered to some unknown location & they REFUSED to redeliver to me and also accused me of lying. I gave them a pass because younger kids can be sassy and don’t understand that I had a horrible day and this was the last thing I needed. But then today we tried again. I placed my order at 4:44, well aware it might take longer considering it was supposed to snow. After zero communication, around 7 pm I got a notification it had been transferred to DoorDash to deliver. Again no problem. But then at 7:30 when our heart shaped pizza showed up visibly burned, I just couldn’t not say something. After the delivery fee, pizza, and extra tip we spent $35 on something for our three kiddos that we couldn’t even enjoy. The McFarland and cottage grove locations were always amazing so this is extra disappointing since it’s our kiddos fav.

My family and I ordered two pizza and wings with breadsticks. Tonight the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, the website and text both say our for delivery still. After an hour of waiting when we finally happened to check to see if our food was delivered we found ants crawling on our food, broken apart pizza and dented boxes.
The first time I called they person hung up immediately. Upon calling the store a second time and having someone actually answer, whoever answered only wanted to give us a $40 store credit for an ordered that was more than $40. This was a waste of money as we threw the food out and had to ordered something else.

Heather was extremely helpful with our order! The online app was having issues and we couldn’t use our rewards and coupons. We called and Heather was super accommodating with no questions asked and honored the same offers via phone. The staff at Middleton is always professional and very kind and the food is always fresh and hot when we get it. Sometimes they have to use a 3rd party for delivery, which occasionally we have small issues. However, if you address the management here, they are very accommodating. Thank you Middleton Pizza Hut! This location is truly Madison’s very best Hut!

Service is great atmosphere is welcoming food is delicious the pizzas and the garlic bread is tasty good for children and families. And friends and tourists for lunch or dinner good variety of pizzas to choose from. Ordered at 6:15 on a Friday for pickup, confirmation said order would be ready at 6:30. Got there at 6:30, tracking info says order is ready, but staff say it’ll be a few minutes. Over the next hour, I get periodically told variations of “it’s almost ready”, “they lost the order but are making it now”, “5 more minutes” until finally at 7:30 someone tells me they lost the order twice and would I like to wait another 15 min so they can make it now? At this point, no. They say they will refund my credit card but I need to wait a few days to see if it goes through. They also gave me credit on my account, but you have to call in to order to use the credit, and in that hour I was there the phone rang constantly and no one picked it up, so it seems impossible to use the credit. Never have I had an experience like this at a restaurant – someone else waiting also asked for a refunded, and it was very chaotic with people shouting to turn off door dash ordering and that the ordering system was “messed up” – I wouldn’t trust this location.

Worst pizza hut in town. Gm and employees are a big disappointment.. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend to anyone. Go literally anywhere else. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
