This subway location is a terrible place to buy sandwiches. The workers are not professional. My friend and I were there to buy sandwiches. My friend ordered a tuna sandwich and asked the bread to be toasted. The worker toasted the bread first before asking if she wanted cheese. My friend said yes I want cheese, so the bread was hot with non-melted cheese. Afterwards she left the bread on the counter to talk to her co-worker. Finally completed the order. We had a coupon so we received chips and soda. The worker did not give us straw or cover for the cup, I had to ask for it. When I paid for my sandwich, the worker threw my change on my hand. Those people that work there need to be taught customer service. They probably didn’t think anybody would notice there bad behavior.

Extremely unprofessional experience. From the moment I walked in with my kids, the employee rushed us to order even after I said I wasn’t ready. I had already placed an order through the app using a valid deal, and she told me I couldn’t use it — despite it already being submitted and paid.

She barely added toppings and I had to ask for more. Then once we sat down to eat, she told us we couldn’t dine inside because they close at 9:30 — it was only 8:55. Her attitude was rude and dismissive throughout. When I asked for her name, she hesitated, and when I asked for the manager’s name, she said she didn’t know.

This place isn’t cheap, and I expect basic professionalism and respect, especially when dining with my children. Completely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend.

I’ve been here a couple times, and 2nd time I returned it seemed to have gotten worse. First day, I waited in line for 12min with just 2 customers in front of me. 1 customer had 1 sandwich and the other 2.
Second day I came in,no one in the restaurant but the workers which where on their phones and drinking out of subway cups. Not even a greeting. The worse thing about this visit was the dirty conditions. You would think with down time these employees would clean up the place.. the pictures speak for themselves. I couldn’t even sit in to eat.. ridiculous…

Ordered a Dangerwhich sub that has the various meats. They did not put bacon and instead of salami I got pepperoni. My order was messed up but my wife’s chicken sub was ok. Please offer more training it’s not hard to put correct meats I always thought there was pictures and stuff behind the counter telling you what ingredients go in the sub. The sub did not look the best but I already paid and just decided to not eat at this one again.

With zero customers, the “workers” standing around chatting. Ignoring us, finally, one takes our order, and then the cashier starts to count her register. She says she’ll ring us up when she’s done. Worst server, I’ve been there twice. It was the same a few years ago. Never again.

This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and acted like making a sandwich was the biggest inconvenience of their day. They didn’t greet anyone, rolled their eyes when I asked questions, no smile, no courtesy, no effort just plain disrespectful the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, and I honestly don’t recommend this location to anyone until they get new management or a serious attitude adjustment.

The workers there are terrible. I went there today and one of the workers seemed to be in a bad mood and was giving attitude when we would ask her a question. The second worker wasn’t paying attention and she was distracted and not paying attention to my order. I was not done adding toppings and the girl working wasn’t pay attention and was about to cut and wrap the sandwich, I had to tell her to please stop talking and finish taking my order. She gave me a mean look and looked irritated. It was a bad experience. Workers need more training.
