Just a true review about Raymon and his crew at Zaxbys Beaufort. Great personalities, service, clean property and food was really good. Best Zaxbys i have ever visited. I had almost given up on Zaxbys; the others I have visited near by Hardeeville SC weren’t not the same. I appreciate the owner and employees making the effort to be great.

Live a hour away and got food for me and my wife and my food was good and fine as normal. My wife got a grilled chicken cob salad but they didn’t put the chicken on her salad. I like this place but check your food that’s just unacceptable. Update we when back after they reached out to us and mad it up to us the next time we where in town good management and very nice employees. Great job Zaxbys

I came there yesterday for dinner around four thirtyish 5 o’clock not order a salad and it’s five or six piece whatever they come I don’t know I’m not sure sweet and spicy chicken meal came to like $27. First of all the chicken was cold. The salad was withered and I live over 30 minutes away from there so I didn’t find out until I got home after I picked up my husband a pizza from Papa John’s, and then I went home to eat my salad I Had to throw the whole thing in the trash. I thought that was awful. I called the store today and told the manager about it and she said she would check with whoever was on last night and I said please do cause that was horrible and I really think Zaxby’s is really good for chicken, but this was a bad encounter for me

They purposely skimp you on food because this location busy I guess. The portions are EXTREMELY SMALL Compared to a little while ago when the price you paid was worth it but they literally put as less food in there as possible and it’s not worth it at this point. Which is ashame because the food is really good. Wont be scammed for considerably less food though it’s obvious at this point

I ordered the Asian salad. The “mixed greens” were romaine and iceberg, not traditional mixed greens, and the lettuce was old and wilted. I paid $6 for the boneless hot wings that were there size of chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce on them. I should have stuck with the Cobb salad.

Went through drive through. Employee was rude and talking over me. I was trying to explain what I wanted. When I called to speak with the manager, she said she was and when I started talking she hung up on me.

I DoorDashed dinner for my 13 year old son and I and we were both greatly disappointed. My House Zalad was missing the chicken, his Mr Beast Box was missing the Feastables bar he wanted the meal for and his chicken was so overcooked he didn’t even want to eat it. My Zalad would have been great if it had only had the chicken on it. Great way to waste $50 on a Sunday night.
