Absolutely horrible owner, so rude
I bought beef cater for 75$ supposedly to have 44 oz but he half lettuce and the other half was beef when I got home it was only 22 oz so I went back to the store and I showed them how they are cheating me, and the owner said fine I will give you more beef than he only gave me 6 oz make a total of 28 oz I paid for 44 ounces basically they are cheating people, absolutely horrible owner would never recommend recommended

The lady on the counter is so rude and has no manners. I did not add soda in the water cup on purpose. I pressed the water button and it poured soda in the cup and that’s not my fault. The fact that you think I should come report you about that is absurd. You’re not doing your job right. Why did not check the machine when you started your shift if you’re so worried about that. Hopefully you get fired soon. Terrible customer service

Decent food, possibly precooked then warmed up. It’s decent,huge portions, $15 for a meal which you are full just eating 1/2. Therefore, you get two meals out of it. Will go back

This is usefully the L&L Hawaiian barbecue we go to. It’s close to home. And they’re good. However, I went in today and ordered 5 spam misuni. Kids and I really like them. And he sliced the spam so thin, you can’t even see it at the end . The rice ratio was bigger.They have never given us such thin slices of spam before. I paid $14.82.

I have been to L&L in the past and always enjoyed it. We decided to go the other night and we’re sadly disappointed.
Not much flavor to any of the food we got. Chicken wasn’t very crispy and the teriyaki plate barely had any teriyaki flavor. The macaroni salad was pretty good though. Sorry to say I probably won’t be returning.

I always love L&L Hawaiian Barbecue restaurant, I always ordered the seafood combo that comes with 3 fried Shrimps, 1 cup of rice, 1 fish fillet, 1 side of macaroni and a side of (ribs or chicken or beef); and I chose beef this time. As always it taste yummyliceous but my husband and I were a bit disappointed to our fried shrimps. It looks overcooked which looks like almost burnt and taste a little bitter.
Service is great, fast.

Best chicken katzu I had in forever.
Great portion size and price.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the chaotic menu displayed and the trouble ordering, especially as a first timer.
It was quiet loud and she spoke so quietly I still don’t know what she said. Luckily she did hear me saying only the smaller order.
