I’m not sure what to think. I ordered 2 weeks ago and again tonight and had totally different experiences. 2 weeks ago I ordered sesame chicken (the best I’ve ever had anywhere, ever), crab rangoons (delicious), beef lo main (very good), scallion pancakes (very good), pork fried rice (very good), egg rolls (good), and chicken in garlic sauce (good). Tonight, I decided to try some sushi and other dishes. I ordered pork fried rice (very good), egg rolls (good), crab rangoons (very good), scallion pancakes (very good although some were slightly undercooked), orange chicken (mediocre & slightly spicy), moo shi chicken (mediocre), avocado crab salad (bad) and eel sushi (horrible). Both sushi items were extremely fishy tasting, concerning on its own (means the fish isn’t fresh) but especially so with them both being cooked fish items. Eel sauce tasted great but was completely overpowered by the fishy taste. The avocado eel salad, I was expecting more along the lines of a kani salad with added avocado but it was also completely overpowered by the fishy taste. I’m not sure if there’s different chefs on different nights and maybe that’s why some of our food wasn’t as good as expected but the sushi was definitely disappointing. I spent $70 to have it delivered, since they charged over $7 in “online ordering fees” just to get disappointing food. I will absolutely not order sushi from here again, and probably will not order from here often and most likely only for the sesame chicken. My go to for Chinese food is Ginger House in Haverhill but the first time ordering here I thought maybe that would change, but now I definitely know this is not my go to spot. They say a good tell for a great Chinese food spot is how good their sushi is, since that’s usually a real money maker, but I would not get sushi here unless you want to question your health for the following 2 days. I hope they improve but eat at your own risk.

Me and my nana picked up Chinese food from here. We were looking forward to it, but it was absolutely terrible. Crabrangoons were nothing like regular crabrangoons lol the RICE had no flavor, that’s probably why all these items are so cheap. Only good thing was the chicken teriyaki. Disappointed I mean it was gross. I’d recommend Lucky corner, right next to 110 grill.

Best Chinese in ALL of Mass! Service is great the staff is always friendly. We live in FL now it’s hard to find good Chinese food here. Every time we visit, we order from New Moon and bring it to FL. The food is always a hit, fresh and delicious.

Food is AMAZING , but I stopped ordering there because that lady that answers the phones is SOOOO RUDE, guilts you into tipping on the spot before even giving you the total price , or with out knowing if im tipping in cash , the final breaking point was , when I called to see IF you were delivering during the storm “Yes why you no call early wait too late to call” I called at 8 they close at 9:30pm that lady shouldn’t be dealing with people !

Honestly it’s miraculous this place is even still in business. Waitress is rude and made it clear she didn’t want me in there. Tells me a third refill of soda costs extra? Meanwhile, the whole interior of the restaurant needs a facelift and the food is sub par. Never coming here again.

Food is amazing. Top quality. I’ve never ordered here but I tasted the crab Rangoon from my 2 piece pupu platter. Delicious. However, their delivery driver called me to come downstairs to his car after I paid the delivery charge and when I asked to be delivered to my door he took off with my change. I would’ve tipped but he was so lazy and rude. White guy with white facial hair. I actually had to call police because when I called the establishment they insisted I call their driver. That’s not my job and that’s totally disgusting that they have delivery take your money and leave and not care. If you want to be robbed after paying $50 worth of food then order here. Absolutely disgusting delivery service.

This is a great place for delivery. If you live in Haverhill for Chinese food, they have great appetizers and they pork and vegetable is my favorite with white rice. It’s worth a try if you don’t wanna go out and you want something delivered.
